A Taste of Mexico 2022

Visiting family out of town and seen this little Gem set up. Absolutely amazing food and people. We had the gordita, flatus, chimichanga, and a shrimp taco. Highly recommend this food truck.

Delicious and super yummy food! My husband and I love the queso birria and also the carne asada fries. They give you lots of meat and flavor. One of my favorites in Crawfordville. You definitely need to stop by and check them out!

Excellent selection of tacos, all delish. Their tamales are amazing as well.

Ate here to avoid the normal fast food in town and we are so glad we did! Everything, and I mean everything - was super delicious and freshly made there in the truck. Outstanding flavors and fresh ingredients. Friendly staff and a great experience. Great portions too, and the food truck itself was clean and well managed. Better than most of the fancy Mexican restaurants we've had in North FL, and for less money! Give these folks your business, they deserve it.

Incredible, juicy meat. Everything is extremely tender. The flavor is amazing! Not too salty, not too hot. The green salsa has the perfect amount of heat! Red salsa usually scares me but it has a bit of a creamy consistency. The food came out fast. The truck was busy with 5+ orders ahead of mine. The service was great. They have a shaded area for you to stand under when you order and a shaded spot to enjoy your amazing meal!

We ordered a lot to try a little bit of everything a couple of different times and let me tell you, it was all so good! Mouth watering smells, the taste even better! I love what they are doing and you should check it out if you ever have the chance!!

I have experienced this place of greatness twice and I cannot stay away!! A coworker invited me to the food truck day they have at DMS every month. I read the list of trucks and instantly decided this truck would be my choice. When we got there, the line was looonnngg and I can see why! I've had my share of Mexican food but this is by far one of the best I've had. The service is great, the food is greater. Everything is cooked to order and fresh. Both times, I ordered the same meal...the Quesabarilla and street corn cup. PLEASE ? make a bigger size of the street corn. I will order 2 cups if I have too. I will be back to the next food trick day to get the same meal. Keep doing what you're doing!❤️
