Breakfast Station in Crawfordville, Florida is now on my list for great, healthy food.In the past I admittedly found fault with too much butter and salt. Ni more!!!!My hamsteak, grits, cheese omelet and orange juice/coffee was outstanding. I got ti taste their hasbrowns... wow, crispy and not greasy.I am a very happy patron and will "be back"...
It's was great!!! Service was outstanding! Food top notch as well. I had the Flrentine Eggs Benedict. I personally would have lightly sautéed the spinach, but with the crowd they have, I can see why they don't. Their extensive menu has corned beef hash, which both the boys really loved enjoyed. We'll be back next time we are down there fishing.

Very friendly service. A bit more attention to details in food preparation would be great. We received plain cold hashbrowns. They took care of it when we bought it up and fixed it. But it came back only after we were done with the other part of the breakfast.
