Bought two McRib sandwiches that were dried out, hard with little sauce. They got them out of their hot boxes. Very hard and bad. I see their chicken nuggets were taken from the same hot box. Don't think I'll be going back for awhile. I'll watch to see if they give me an order from the hot box or not. I wish that I had taken pictures.

Not sure why the service is so bad here. I keep giving them chances because the kids love McDonald's as a treat but every time it is a negative experience. Everywhere else in the county has friendly employees so it is strange.

Pulled up to get food all the employees were fighting in the parking lot on a week night at 8:30pm kids just wanted a happy meal but instead almost seen someone catch hands

Just trying to get a door dash sat at the 3rd window where they told me to go for 45 mins which is ridiculous and then was just straight up rude for no reason get it together McDonald’s

As a delivery driver, I have waited numerous times at this restaurant on an order for more than 40 minutes. They've given out the order, sometimes before I've even arrived, to someone else. When I ask about a specific order they'll tell me, "Oh it's coming out soon." When they've already given out that order. Then when I ask 40 minutes later about the order, they act like they've never seen me before as they tell me they gave that order out already. So then I have to work with the customer and work with the company to cancel said order, since they can't be bothered to remake it for me without looking extremely annoyed that I would even ask.
They're establishment is also disgusting. The men's room in particular is abhorrent. It stinks, and the toilet is always dirty with stains that have been there for weeks without having been cleaned. Or if they were cleaned, somebody isn't doing a very good job of it.
I'm not exactly sure what they could do to improve their service. But they need to do something. I can understand being busy and overlooking things, but work with your delivery drivers and your customers to at least make good on orders that you dropped the ball on.

They never want to serve at night. I understand if someone pulls up in the drive thru 10 minutes before closing time but I was literally there an hour before closing and they just straight up ignored everyone in line and made multiple people pull off. This has happened multiple times

No staff that wants to work early morning shifts and the restaurant is suffering because of it. I'm writing this at 5:53 am because the mobile app took my money but there wasn't enough staff to fulfil it. There is literally two people works my right now and they were extremely apologetic and polite do better so you have employees that want to stay give them a pay raise!
