Horrible service was slow as molasses. We sat in the drive thru 15 minutes afyer paying watching the drive-thru girl laughing and carrying on with a car full of teenage boys in front of us. She would star down the drive thru turn to the boys and laugh and carry on talking - they DIDNT ORDER ANYTHING or get any food/ drink!!

The staff left the building instead of providing service. I went through the drive through on a fairly slow day, a few people inside, no line at the drive through, everything was in order, I pulled up to the order place and waiting for around 5m with no service. Thinking the best I wondered if it maybe was broken and they didn't know so I pulled forward to the first windows to make my order. Inside were 4 staff, all eating and talking, none of them appeared to be working. What's more I made eye contact with 3 of them who ignored me. After waiting there for nearly 5 more minutes I stopped seeing any staff at all. Deciding to eat somewhere else we pulled around and left annoyed and saw THREE of the four staff we saw out at their car laughing and eating. So needless to say over 10m we saw no service and were fully ignored by the staff who went outside to eat and talk at their car rather than do their jobs.

Double check your food! Took forever for us to get our food at the drive thru and even then I didn't get all my food. We don't live near here and just stopped to get something to eat during our drive. We were running behind due to how long it took to get our food and we didn't think about looking in the bag till we already pulled out and left.

The owner of this store just truly doesn't care. They are under staffed and the staff they do have put no thought or care into their jobs. Orders are often missing multiple items. They close early without putting up signs or turning off delivery options. I refuse to eat there anymore. Don't waste your time.

I normally love McDonald's and so do my children but this one is the worst I have ever been through. The workers at the windows are rude. 1 has had a great attitude and is nicer than the others. Went to get breakfast with not a single person in the drive thru and sat there for over 30 minutes and drove away still with no service. Not to mention the other customers they lost while I was waiting. It's just sad that this place lacks good customer service. Very disappointed. I would rather take the drive to a different McDonald's miles away then deal with the one in this town.

During breakfast, they ran out of biscuits, which means they’re too lazy to make new ones. I wish Del Taco was still here.
Ordered again on 12/16 I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with the people that work here they ran out of oatmeal which again means they just don’t feel like making it and they gave the wrong order to the DoorDash driver. Don’t go to this McDonald’s it’s terrible.

This is the second night in a week I have come after 10 pm and they will not answer you in the drive thru. They are in there they just don’t have headsets on and don’t care about the 7 cars that are sitting in the drive thru.
I ordered a bagel with egg cheese and bacon on it… (cause they were out of burritos OF COURSE!!!) I got one peice of bacon and the whole sandwich was never heated or toasted…. The bacon was ice cold… how incompetent do you have to be to mess up a bagel sandwich???

I am so damn disappointed....spent almost 40$ which is about average..food was cold before we even got it...whats got me all the way messed up tho.....I called 12 times..no one answers the phone. how you gonna give someone the dipping sauce but miss the damn nuggets. as someone who has been in the food industry for the better part of the last 15 years. i find it absolutely unacceptable to miss items in an order.. There must have been ten employees working in the middle of the week... I know it don't get that busy... The manager dropped the ball by not making sure there is someone designated to check orders before they leave the store.. I know a 10 piece nugget is only like $5, but it's the principle of it. These lazy people want twenty dollars an hour, but can't even read a damn ticket..its not rocket science....I will never stop at the crawfordville mcdonald's ever again.
