“All the desserts and the sweet drinks including boba teas and milk teas are out of this world. This bakery is the best in Crestview having tried the other bakeries in Crestview which are extremely few. I can only name a few donut shops but as far as local bakeries are concern, there are "extremely" few in the city of Crestview (just need to emphasize that). The ones without physical infrastructure do not count.“

“Always a pleasure going here they have become my favorite coffee place in town. Super yummy and friendly workers, it is a must. I go so often they know my drink the second I pull up, and it is always just to die for. I highly recommend the salted caramel cold foam on the cold brew it's scrumptious. The cake pops are also delightful. If you're not into coffee, the caramel apple spice hot beverage is wonderful. I always look forward to a drink from there, and it always brightens my day up. I've almost gone twice in one day before because it is just that good. Highly recommend!!“

“Went here for the first time today February 18, 2024 after seeing very long lines at this drink shop. Figured I’d give it a go with my wife and I will give it a 10/10 if I could. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. The walking order taker saw our dog in the back seat of our car and advised they have free pup cups and got us what looked to be a medium cup with whipped cream and milk bone biscuits which was awesome. I ordered the salt and sweet original blend which was a very balanced tasty drink, my wife was beyond indecisive and ordered the strawberry smoothie as a safe choice and she loved it, I may or may not have had a sip or two and agree with her choice and it was very good. Keep up the great work we’ll be back again to try new flavors“

“Casbah Coffee Co. Has easily become a part of my husband and I's newly established weekend ritual.Being from Australia, (and very new to the US), the coffee industry, inclusive of cafes and coffee houses, are a massive part of our cultural identity, and Casbah Coffee Co. has provided me with the closest familiar experience to that whilst on US soil yet.Casbah Coffee Co. boasts high quality coffees and brews, as well as delectable cafe-style food options, offering both in-store baked goodies ready to go from their glass display cabinets (such as scrolls, scones, croissants, cookies, etc), and freshly prepared 'per order' foods from their kitchen (such as sandwiches and soups). They also have a chilled drinks fridge for anybody wanting a bottle beverage, such as water, juice or soda, and further still, they also offer seasonal rotations to their menu which are always fun to explore! The staff and service quality is impeccable, maintaining both a professional, high-quality yet friendly and welcoming demeanour, and atmosphere overall. Speaking of atmosphere, Casbah Coffee Co. offers both inside and outside seated dining options, with the outside being in an enclosed courtyard area to the rear of the business. Casbah has perfected the art of curating a comfortable, yet clean and refined, vibe, through not only the staff attitudes, but the choice of furniture and seating arrangements.Specifically, the interior seating options range from plush leather couches with low coffee tables, high-top bench and table seating, as well as traditional booths and chairs, with a comfortable balance of warm artificial and natural lighting.Externally, seating options include 'traditional' metal patio-style tables, with cute, almost cobbled, brick flooring, a small in-ground garden, and string party lighting overhead. It just all feels so incredibly homey. As for other finer details, it is worth noting that Casbah Coffee Co. also offers:- Free Wi-Fi- Free surrounding on-street parking- Patron restrooms- Highchairs, on requestTo summarize, whilst I know a big part of moving to a new country is exploring and embracing all of the new and unique cultural experiences it has to offer, I must admit that it is incredibly pleasant having somewhere like Casbah. Coffee Co. to provide me with a small slice of 'home'.I truly believe, however, that no matter where you are from, Casbah Coffee Co. can comfortably offer you a slice of feeling welcomed and 'at home', too.Parking: Casbah Coffee Co. runs adjacent to the main street of Downtown Crestview, so nearby parking is aplenty.“

“Very friendly staff. Had gyoza, mango boba and cookie dough icecream as a quick snack and dessert to take home after a very long 15 hour shift. Anita was great. Only drawback is that it's right around the corner from a middle school and i visited right when all the kids were released so i definitely learned my lesson about timing. I will be back later in the day though!“

“So I went twice. The first time I ordered a apple cider blended I believe. When I ordered it it came with a donut on the top which I think was cute (didn’t get a photo). I didn’t think there was anything special about this specific drink that would sway me to come back but I love chai and decided to give it one more try. (See the photo for chai blended no whip). I’ll be completely honest. It seemed very plain and a bit watered down unlike other places I’ve gotten chai from. No mouth watering flavor. The employee I spoke to was really sweet and nice. We talked for a bit while my drink was being made and I felt very welcomed. Really good customer service. If the chai gets changed a bit I’ll be back to try it but until then I think I won’t be returning!“

“This Starbucks location offers such a relaxed and chill, clean and quiet (patron dependent of course, haha) atmosphere. The staff are incredibly efficient, and honestly, such a vibe (iykyk). They were not just friendly and welcoming, but fun and personable. Whilst still incredibly professional and amazing at what they do, it felt like you were being served by 'real people' and not just staff, if that makes sense? They also clearly love the art of being a barista, with our server enthusiastically offering to make my husband a 'custom drink' when he couldn't decide what he wanted; she asked him questions about his general flavour preferences (i.e. sweet vs. not sweet, strong vs. weak, hot vs. cold, etc) as well as any allergies or intolerances that needed to be acccomodated for. It is worth noting that my husband is quite 'regimented' in his coffee orders (nearly always orders one of two drinks), so for the staff member to easily 'convince' him to try something new speaks volumes of her customer service skills. To boot, my husband enjoyed the beverage so much that he has kept the order sticker, and taken a photo of it on his phone to have a back up copy, so he can order it again! This review is based on my first and only visit to this Starbucks location (store 14328), but it has honestly changed (positively) my view of Starbucks venues as a whole. Maybe this venue is just an exception, but in the past I've never quite felt as relaxed and welcomed in a Starbucks location before as I have this one. While this location is a bit of a drive from my home, personally, my experience here has cemented it as a 'worth the drive' venue.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available.Dietary restrictions: They offer some 'alternative diet' food options, such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.In regards to the drinks, pretty much everything can be made vegan and/or dairy free as they offer a variety of alternative plant-based milks.Wheelchair accessibility: This venue offers wide doors and ramp access to the venue itself, accommodating for wheelchair users. It is worth noting, however, that I can't recall if there was 'button press' door accomodations or not (i.e. press the button to open the doors automatically and/or summon a staff member for assistance), but it definitely offered manual push/pull doors with large handles.Internally, there is a reasonable amount of space between tables/seating to allow for independent navigation around the venue for wheelchair users.“
