Not only is the food incredible, but the service is fantastic, too. The gal working behind the counter was so friendly and welcoming. And for your convenience, there is even a drive thru. I already can't wait to go back!“

I had the pleasure of meeting Shelagh and the crew there yesterday (I had previously met Patrick) and they are all extremely friendly and it was very obvious they care about their customers. “Stopped in quickly while on vacation in the area. We ordered a 4 count of traditional beignets with a blueberry and a chocolate dipping sauce and a 24 count of mini beignet bites. “The one lady was so flipping awesome. I wish I could remember her name. She was energetic, sweet and polite. I messed up my order and it's wasn't a big deal for her. They all seemed very nice but the one that gave me my order was beyond nice. She just had an amazing spirit about her. In Niceville Florida. The coffee was good also. I can't over state how amazing the young lady was. I just wish I could remember her name. She was the only black girl there.“

“I recently visited this Starbucks about 20 minutes before closing. Even though it was late, the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cashier at the drive-thru window was especially kind and made my night with her positive attitude. She even upgraded my refresher to a larger size, which was such a thoughtful surprise and really brightened my evening. I was already considering ordering the larger size, so her gesture meant a lot.

I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha and it was the perfect blend of sweet and savory, the coffee flavor came through nicely without being overpowering. The staff were friendly as well and the prices weren’t terrible (for an airport). Nice find in the Destin Airport (VPS).“

I love how much knowledge she has with car insurance policies life insurance policies, Business insurance policies ect… she will give you a breakdown of what each insurance policies mean. How much will it cost whether or not it’s within your budget/affordable. I also love that she is bilingual (Habla español). Vanessa and her staff provide excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. Do not hesitate to call her. She will give you the answers you need. Vanessa will give you a smooth transition in which ever policy you choose.“

“Starbucks, an international corporation with millions and millions of customers. Yet at the Starbucks of 340, Mary Esther cut off between the thousands of people that they see daily. They remember my name. They remember my order. They smile and greet you without hesitation. The moment you walk in the door. I've never been to a better Starbucks and I've at least seen most of the ones in the United States, even the reserves. There's something about this one that just places itself above the rest. Brittanie The manager is very attentive and quick to help out with anything that needs help with along with taking orders and making wonderful drinks and just running her team. Alyssa when I come in there and I don't know what I want. She always has a perfect suggestion for me and she does it with a smile. Rihanna ever since she started working there, she is always been able to have a conversation with me about any and everything even well running the espresso machine, shaking drinks, adding the toppings or anything of the sort. If you want a Starbucks, it seems like walking into an episode of Cheers where everybody knows your name. 340 Mary Esther cut off. That's where you want to go. Their personalities are all so unique from each other, but they are ALL so kind! We already know that Starbucks is delicious, But the people at this location are what make the overall experience a great one every single time. “This location is often busy but they are quick super efficient their manager there. I think her name is Hal is what she said and she is definitely what it means to be in hospitality. She was super personable, offered a recovery for something that I didn't even really think was that big of a deal. They were out of egg bites the truffle ones. Fun fact don't order those LOL and she was quick to offer recovery. I was happy though just switching to the bacon cheddar. I've got a couple other Starbucks that are closer to both where I live and where I work but I'll come here just because of how they treat people and how quick they are place is also very clean and like I said for it being as busy as it is that's probably no easy task. Staff seems genuinely happy and like I said manager is just aces. Highly recommend this location“
