“Have been here several times over the years, and the food is always fresh! I bring my granddaughter and her friends to this one, since it has a nice, clean playroom. It’s better to come whenever it’s not rush hour, the drive through is always busy. Then you don’t have to wait as long for your food. The kiosks were down, but the cashier on the resister was helpful. She even made sure that our ice cream cone was in a cup, as I requested! I would have given a 5 star for service, but they always seem short staffed, which makes it take longer.“

Traveled throughout the country and am constantly letdown with the majority of coffee spots I’ve visited. The Fernweh name says it all. “A longing for a place you’ve never been…”. Trust me when I say you’re longing to experience this place. First class customer service and a menu with something for everyone. Ever had a salted caramel rosemary latte hit your lips? How about the equal robustness and sweetness of a Vietnamese iced coffee? Don’t get me started on the deliciousness of their breakfast options. “I just want to say this is by far the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to which includes out of state locations as well. I have never had better customer service anywhere (which includes other companies)! The team at this location ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want! Jordan, Andi, Kristin and Sahara did an amazing job at customizing a drink for me after coming from another location due to unfortunate circumstances. Needless to say the other location was out of what I had wanted to order, and suggested something completely different which I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with. I normally come to the Mattie M Kelly Blvd Destin location, and had only went to the other only because it was closer at the time. I will say I won’t be going to any other location even if I have to drive. It’s well worth it. You will never be disappointed if you come here! They will always make sure you get what you want and treat you well. Very friendly staff, no matter which shift and very clean store! I can’t say enough good things about the Mattie M Kelly Blvd Starbucks! If I could give it 10 Stars I would! I appreciate the team and look forward to continuing to come! “The Pink Coyote is definitely a dessert cafe worth stopping by if you’re in Fort Walton/Destin! The ice cream flight was a cool and perfect treat for me. I got vanilla, root beer sorbet, salty caramel, cookies n cream, mint chocolate, and a strawberry with chocolate in my ice cream flight. I would want to explore other flavors next time but these were still delightful. The vanilla and salty caramel tasted slightly similar but still definitely worth a try! The pink coyote latte was my favorite! It was a perfect balance of caffeinated and sweet! Parking was a little iffy since more people were coming in but still plenty of spots to pick“

I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha and it was the perfect blend of sweet and savory, the coffee flavor came through nicely without being overpowering. The staff were friendly as well and the prices weren’t terrible (for an airport). Nice find in the Destin Airport (VPS).“

I love how much knowledge she has with car insurance policies life insurance policies, Business insurance policies ect… she will give you a breakdown of what each insurance policies mean. How much will it cost whether or not it’s within your budget/affordable. I also love that she is bilingual (Habla español). Vanessa and her staff provide excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. Do not hesitate to call her. She will give you the answers you need. Vanessa will give you a smooth transition in which ever policy you choose.“

“I have never had Starbucks before and a friend gave me a gift card for Christmas. I don't drink coffee so we opted for the jalapeno chicken and I think it was a turkey and Swiss. We got both for $12 and they were both hot and fresh, the cashier was very kind and all smiles. She gave my Prince his first ever pup cup. Hands down an excellent experience and we will definitely be back.“
