Dunkin' has undergone renovations and equipment improvements, making the Crestview store fantastic once again. The store is now cleaner, and the coffee orders taste better and more consistent than in the past couple of years. Customers are grateful to be frequent visitors once more. The recently updated location offers a clean and well-maintained appearance. While the donut may not have been as fresh as expected, the hot chocolate and staff's quick, efficient, and friendly service were satisfactory. Even with a long wait in the drive-through, the employees were able to understand the order correctly, despite it not being on the menu.
