Apparently they are under new management and I heard good things but clearly nothings changed. Horrible, nasty, ghetto attitudes and horrible service. Nothing is ever correct here. We've given them numerous tries and that's more than enough. We'll never be back again.
Just went through drive through and order a 4 piece and got home with only a two piece. The ticket has 4 on it but I guess that is to confusing to read the ticket and give the customer what they paid for, just give them whatever they feel like At the time.
Forget trying to call about a problem there voice mail is always full, and they never answer.
Guess it’s on me I will learn from this mistake.
They are out of chicken legs, chicken tenders, etc They cannot give you the order you want because they are out or refusing to cook more.
ordered family meal wanted legs and breast nope so then asked for the family meal with tenders hot and spicy they could only do half and half. Had to wait forever for our food and they didn't give us our receipt. Got on the interstate and realized they didn't give us our side items. Also the chicken was cold. tried to call them no one answered.
