I’m writing to acknowledge the manager, Brittany. I had an experience in drive through that didn’t meet the expectations of what I know the business can serve. I called and spoke with Brittany about the issues with my experience and she was calm, understanding and genuinely wanted to correct the issue. Always delicious but they won’t restock the Minute Maid Sugar Free Mixed Berry after an entire month of Fridays of me asking, so probably won’t be back. ?♀️ I’m diabetic and the sugar free options are important to me.

I LOVE zaxbys !! I actually went the other day ( in crestview on s. ferdon) and the drive thru was so busy but i still decided to wait anyways, this girl Gabi was such a wonderful help will definitely keep returning great staff !
