“I haven’t ordered from Taco Bell for over six months due to the decline in service and quality of food. Decided to get Taco Bell today because they now have a mini version of one of my favorites “taco salad”. Had a big order and I did a quick check on pick-up and noticed one taco salad missing. The cook apologized and got me another one quickly. When I got home we discovered the 12-pack Cinnabons missing. Almost $8 down the drain. Looks like I won’t be going back for a long time. The food quality wasn’t a 5 like it used to be in the old days.“
“I went here after a 10 hour shift and I got two gift cards for free food and that’s exactly how many dogs I had to take to the freezer today. I love animals and I love my new job at the vets office, but it’s heartbreaking. Thank you guys for the free drink and gift cards. I was also mentally preparing to drive an hour home smelling like cat poo so it’s very much appreciated. I really couldn’t even finish my quesadilla 😭🤢“
