Taco Bell in Fort Walton Beach

“Everybody that works here is super friendly and the food is always really good w one exception to it all. There's an employee that if they are working, I won't eat there. Donning the best fake smile and a master at pleasant small talk, be prepared for super skimpy tacos (like literally 3 shreds of cheese and a half scoop of meat) and to be lied to. They didn't put sour cream in my burrito, when I showed them and politely asked for just a squirt and we'd be good. Instead of taking two seconds to fix it, they said the sour cream had melted into the meat and you couldn't see it anymore. I said that's not how sour cream works it doesn't just dissappear and again politely asked for a squirt. Instead of taking the easiest route, just a squirt, snatched the burrito from my hand and threw it away (so wasteful) after I asked them not to(so disrespectful). “I came through late on Mother’s Day to be greeted by an extremely pleasant voice for it to be after midnight. I understand days can be frustrating and get you at your wits end. I was already exhausted myself. What happened next was not what I expected. Lavoderick is absolutely an amazing person. This is not the first experience I’ve had with him. He deserved a review the first time. Now after amazing service the second time, I would be doing an injustice not mentioning it. This man is changing lives whether he realizes it or not.
