The last few times I’ve been here there has only been one guy working. Despite being super understaffed he has handled the challenge with determination and an awesome attitude! Kudos to you, Leonardo!
I accidentally ordered my food to another Tropical Smoothie out of state. I went to pick up my order and it wasn't here. But it was in Indiana so I contacted that franchise and canceled order,plus apologized. Stated since mobile order refund in 4 to 5 days. The young lady at this Tropical Smoothie made my order at no charge. This is great customer service.
The young lady was very sweet. In fact, I couldn't bear to stay and eat, it was unbearably hot and muggy inside with no air condition. Not very pleasant atmosphere, smooth and smoothies. Are pretty darn, good and um, and sweet customer service there was no weight before any seats. I believe no one wanted to eat or drink anything inside.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers delicious smoothies, though some customers have had mixed experiences. One customer enjoyed the greens smoothie, while another was disappointed with the unripe bananas used in the Jetty Punch. Despite the tasty smoothies, the cleanliness and timeliness of orders at some locations have been inconsistent, and prices are noted to be higher than before. The atmosphere can be unpleasant at times, especially when it is very hot and muggy inside with no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to stay and eat. Service varies, but friendly staff members, like Ashley, have made positive impressions by providing swift service and a warm welcome, even during busy times. Additionally, the staff, such as Leonardo, has shown determination and a good attitude despite being understaffed, which customers appreciate.
