This place is filthy. There were no clean tables and it looks like the vertical surfaces in their kitchen haven't been wiped down in weeks. Our food was subpar. Barely warm fries, and no napkins. They stripped off a length of brown paper towel and said "this is what we got. We don't have napkins". The manager was not managing anything other than his social life. I will NEVER be back to this Arby's.

This place is a joke. Too many young and not so bright workers. I get my beef n cheddar sandwich with no bun. Like how the heck does nobody catch that? When I bring it to the managers attention she laughs and asks if I want a bun

If you want to dine in, make sure you're prepared to clean because the dining room is always dirty. The service is not good here ever. I ordered my son a combo meal, and when I asked where his items were, she said, "Oh, you wanted that and charged me individually for them. When I asked why, she shut the window and got back on her phone. So she spent my money how she felt like spending it. It cost me an extra $3 for his meal. This is just one of many bad things this Arby's does. I always have to check my bags and ask for something they have forgotten. We have had our last bad experience here.

Wow! I don't frequent Arby's much, but thought I'd take the wife and mother in law out for Friday fish sandwiches. We were told, on Good Friday, that they disco'd that sandwich all of a sudden (timing is everything, Arby.) Incidentally, the roast beef was also unavailable ("not up to temperature" yet)Sounds like management just doesn't know how to order/prepare correctly..

We ordered fish sandwiches and a chicken combo. It took quite sometime to get our order and while waiting I saw 3 different young men touch their faces, rub their eyes and play with their hair. None netted. The one that took our order was rubbing his face and playing with his hair then went and made a cocktail tea. Totally gross food handling procedures. The bagger was touching his face and getting fries afterwards. I will never eat here again proper food handling should be taught to the staff. We had hoped maybe the cook had better practices he was wearing gloves. You can let the young Casanovas know that playing with their hair and touching their faces made no noticeable difference and is just disgusting.
When I arrived the lobby was closed only thing open with the drive-thru at 1:00 in the afternoon and two people running the entire place sad day nobody wants to work
