We had ordered the Texas melt (roast beef and melted Swiss) but after pulling up to the drive thru window we were informed that they were out of roast beef. How does a place that sells roast beef run out of roast beef??, anyway we instead ordered the brisket sandwich and after a wait at the end of the drive thru we received our food. Been to this Arby's many times. Usually the food is as expected. I understand help is hard to get, but these employees need some leadership and guidance. Seems like leadership is MIA. today big lines to order and several people coming in from the drive thru because their order was wrong. I observed 1 employee go out to his car and come back and just continued working with food and never changing or removing his gloves. Ours in Crystal River is very good, service is great, food prepared well and seating is nice as they've kept booths which we sit in. Handicap parking is great!!Parking: Parking is very good for handicapped people.
