I've ordered from Marco's more than a few times, and I've finally decided to give them a review. Service is always good, with the staff being friend, courteous, and attentive, whether it's the delivery driver at my door or staff on the phone. Anytime I've had an error in my order, they apologize profusely and correct it right away. The food always arrives hot and delicious. I prefer their thin crust pizzas, typically topped with sausage. It's reminiscent of the thin crust pizzas I had growing up in Chicago. They do offer a curbside pick up option which is convenient for those days when you're having a day. Their specials are pretty good, and even without them, the pricing is pretty fair. In terms of chain pizza, probably the best around this county for taste, quality, and value.

I had a great first experience. The hot honey pizza was delicious. The all meat pizza my wife enjoyed. The pepperoni cheese bread was very good. All in all a great place to pick up and bring home. The staff was very nice and friendly and very quick to get my order ready to go.

Clean establishment with a friendly staff. This was my first time in Marco's, I didn't know it was a restaurant chain, only saw one other of the same name in my town and never went in. It's definitely better than Little Ceasars, Hungry Howie's, Domino's or Cici's with a large menu, fair pricing and large servings. We ordered more than we could finish being used to today's measly portions and cost. We were happy to take home the rest and will definitely return.

Just waited 15 min while I watched my pizza sit in the window, let the store know I was here for my carryout, nothing. Watched them close the store an hour early for 15 minutes. So I decided to call to see if they even got my order. I got a “it’s ready” and hung up. Then grabs the pizza I’ve watched sit up there be grabbed and brought out to me and not spoken a word too, “great customer service”
