With all the traffic along Route 19 of Florida’s Gulf Coast, this McDonalds actually delivered a rapid 2-meal order, accurately, and in record time. Just darn hungry on a long coastal journey. Thanks Ray Kroc !

Its terrible food. As usual. But quick while traveling. Instant stomach ache.

The kindest, most charming staff member ever stood behind the counter, handing out burgers with the warmth of a bard in a tavern. So friendly, even the ketchup blushed. Service level? Legendary.

If you thought McDonald’s was just fast food, think again. This place starts an adventure—with a smile.

Conclusion: If kindness were on the menu, this place would be serving the XXL combo.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Good food, excellent service, and a decent place to eat.

This McDonald's is the absolute worst, and while 95% of McDonald's are franchise operations, this one is truly a black eye for the McDonalds corporation as a whole, and they should be, and most likely would be mortified to know how this particular franchise is operated. Let me preface this by saying, I am in no way adverse to loud or unruly situations...(i work in a prison) but this, this was over the top. When a customer goes to a McDonald's restaurant, or any restaurant for that matter, there are certain inherent expectations that are not unreasonable for customers to expect when all you want is to have lunch. Upon entering this McDonald's location, we were immediately subjected to a barrage of unruly 12 to 15 year old unsupervised kids. Their disruptive behavior and their loud, vulgar laguage was overwhelming at times to say the least. One of them had a handheld airhorn (the kind normally reserved for boating emergencies) and was running around the "restaurant" blowing the horn, which only added to the noise and chaos. As all of this is going on, the thing that stood out the most was the fact that the Manger turned a blind eye to everything that was going on, and made absolutely no attempt to re-take control of his own store. My food order was initially only partially filled, they forgot my drink and an order of fries. But that was only the tip of the iceberg. When I asked one of the employees if this is normal, she simply stated "yes, and the managers refuse to do anything about it." If the management refuse to correct this type of behavior, it will continue to happen, and most likely escalate. While we were there, two of the young boys began fighting, and eventually the fight spilled to our table where one of the boys fell into my wife's leg. I firmly told them to take it someplace else, and after a few vulgarities they broke it up. She received some minor bruising as a result of this. I honestly dont know what was worse...the unruly kids, the cursing, the yelling, or the manager's complete and utter disregard for the condition of his store, the behavior and conduct of the people in his store, or his complete disregard for the safety and well being of what few customers that merely wanted to eat their lunch in peace. The manager of this McDonald's needs to be retrained, and or fired due to his lack of skills when it comes to managing this or any McDonald's restaurant. His inability to maintain control of his restaurant nearly caused a senseless, completely avoidable serious injury to my wife today. This McDonald's location is setting the entire McDonald's corporation up for failure, and it needs to be completely restructured from the ground up. Unfortunately, this type of restructuring usually only happens as a reactive response due to someone getting seriously injured or worse. This McDonald's is heading down a bad path, and it's manager's are at fault as well as the franchise owner for allowing this behavior to continually take place, by turning a blind eye to it all. Those big name law firms (you know who they are) feed off of this behavior, and unfortunately until this McDonald's is forced to pay one of those huge settlements, things most likely will not change. In closing, avoid this McDonald's at all costs....Nothing good happens here! UPDATE: Corporate was supposed to call me back in regards to my complaint, and of course they didn't! How can you expect a franchise to run properly when the people above them that are supposed to be accountable for overseeing that the franchise is in fact doing a good job, isn't doing a good job themselves??!! Shameful!!

The cashier ignored me! I waited about 5 minutes while she just stared into space.. I said hi and she came over by the cash register I gave her my order she took the money then just stood there... She made us feel like we were bothering her she didn't want to actually wait on us. I also noticed that there are no food smells it looks like all they only use the microwave now the food was all in little trays it was about 10:00 in the morning and the place was pretty empty they no longer have fountain drinks that you can refill and no coffee additives like the creamers the sugar packets no ketchup or mustard you have to ask for everything I don't like this new way they're doing the McDonald's it feels cheap.

Very unorganized with only three people working and waiting in drive-thru over a half an hour so we asked for our money back and they couldn't even give us the
money back because we had no receipt from the cash register lady. So after waiting longer the manager finally gave us the money back. Then we drove away and we talked about it will never eat at McDonald's again.

Worst McDonald's ever. Everytime I go to this McDonald's drive thru I get ripped off, this time it was a double cheese burger and sauces for the 20pc nuggets. This is after a 15 minute wait in one of their fancy wait for your food parking spots. Call up the store, get the manager, maybe, he immediately starts talking to some at the store, how ignorant.
If you have to eat at a McDonald's try the one in Lecanto or Homosassa. Never been ripped off at either and they have very nice people working there
