Absolutely love this place!! Finally found vegan AND gluten free cakes. Delicious, pretty and doesn't leave you with that heavy feeling after. The owner is so sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend going in for a sweet treat. They have a variety of sweets, not just vegan and gluten free.

The lemon meringue had the perfect blend of sweetness and tartness with a beautifully fluffy topping. But the Pumpkin Streusel pie was truly unforgettable—creamy, warmly spiced pumpkin filling layered under a crisp, buttery streusel topping. It was absolutely delicious and is now my new favorite pie. This shop clearly puts so much care into their baking. I’ll definitely be returning!

I first had a taste of Mimi's goodness at the Citrus Art Center's summer production of White Christmas where Christmas cookies were available during intermission. YUM! I finally made it by the store for some quiche, cookie croissant, cupcakes and coffee. All excellent. The store is super cute. Stop by and see for yourself.

Mimi's Bakehouse is a great place for some sweet treats. We are a artificial dye free family and I have asked for some difficult designs for cakes! She had delivered on ALL of them. She does research and makes sure that every ingredient she uses Mindy makes sure they are safe! Our family uses Mimi's Bakehouse for our sweet treats!
