Old school fish market and Cuban sandwich shop in Crystal River. Open daily. Oysters, shrimp, smoked mackerel, and much more, some rotational so check back often if looking for something special. The owner is its sole employee and is a great guy. Cash highly preferred.
Just passing through with our camper, Googled fresh fish market, was a bit hesitant in the parking lot, but, OMGoodness, no stinky fish smell and wonderful fresh grouper!!! Reasonably priced, too! Will stop in on our way out for another piece of the freshest fish!!! So yummy, just pan seared w butter and lemon!!!
Outstanding!! We bought blue crabs from Rio's and were completely satisfied. Huge size crabs, freshly caught. Rustic looking building and absolutely 100% clean inside. Can't wait to try the fresh fish and we will definitely get more crabs. We are new loyal customers.
