I thought the food and severe was really good thanks guy
We used bubbaques to cater for our baby shower, 6lbs of brisket and 6lbs of chicken. Steve ensured over the phone I had calculated enough meat to feed our guests. We also got fresh bakery buns from them which I’m glad we did (and they were cheaper than the grocery store). I went for the brisket and it was so delicious, I’ve always loved bubbaques for their redneck nachos! I’m so glad we used them, the order was on time and the food was perfect.
Love the salad bar! All the sauce options! Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños peppers were soo good! Yum! Please please never get rid of the salad bar! Can’t wait to go back!!

Friendly servers provide attentive and fast service, explaining the menu and drinks in detail. Guests are greeted warmly and enjoy a clean and beautiful restaurant environment. The food is hot and delicious, with everything being fresh. Customers have enjoyed the wonderful salad bar with many choices at great prices, featuring everything from soup to nuts. Guests will definitely want to return. While the meats are good and house-made, some reviews suggest that the sides could use improvement, particularly the mac & cheese, which some found watery and not as tasty as expected. Despite this, the rest of the food is fantastic, including the "bomb diggety" bloody Marys. BubbaQue's BBQ also supports the community, making it a great spot for those passing through Crystal River. The owner is known for being very nice and attentive, ensuring that customers have a great experience.
