The epitome of a small town, locally owned Diner! I knew that when I realized it was mostly locals dining, it had to be good.
All of the staff were very friendly (Thank you, Amey) and were making sure that we were well taken care of.
The food was so good; I had, for the first time, tried the chicken and waffle; I was very glad that I did.
My wife ordered a Traditional Club sandwich, which looked almost as big as she is.
If you are in Crystal River, FL, don't miss out on this place.
My only complaint is that they are not open for dinner; but as one of the staff pointed out: We can always order to go, take it home, and have it for dinner. (Thanks, Linda)

Saw the man in the kitchen wiping sweat off his face and putting the food up the window. No gloves, disgusting and there was a big argument going on in the kitchen. A man walked past a table and tossed his snot napkin on a table, the waitress never wiped the table off. We decided to leave. Seemed unsanitary procedures going on. I wasn't expecting that and was not going to eat anything he was cooking, nor sitting at a dirty table.
Everything was delicious, had eggs with Corned beef hash, grits and the most heavenly biscuit Just delicious!!!! Today, delicious chicken salad on rye.
Fish basket was delicious.
