Purchased a sub to tide my husband and myself over until the Xmas Eve festivities began with our family. The employees greeted us and could not have been nicer. Very clean place and well organized. Ordered the Ultimate BMK with extra sauce. A few other customers were also purchasing subs as well. Was in and out and on our way home in minutes. They wished us a Merry Christmas and were so pleasant to us. Our sub was perfectly made, meat and cheese, veggies were fresh. The sub hit the spot and was very tasty! This location hits the mark, we were pleased and shall return again. Debbie

Michelle gave me the best and biggest footlong I’ve ever stuffed into my mouth (girth wise bc of the bread no extras) best sub I’ve ever fit my lips around will come back so I can get more foot longs stuffed in my mouth!

Odered on touch screen. VERY simple. Turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato. NO MAYO (as theres an egg allergy). Was given someone elses receipt and when I got to the workers, I had turkey, onions and SO much mayo, it was gross. And ….there was NOT ONE other customer there so not busy and confusing!!!

Tours atmosphere the place was really clean The services always great even when they're not having a good day they put a smile on their face make you the food the way you want it tell you to have a great day and they always are for me a glass if I want water I think that's fantastic

Went to Subway at 4:55 today, thursday, they only had two loaves of wheat bread and nothing else because the shift before them did not make any that's pretty wrong at 5:00 in the afternoon

Really stupid system, edited an order DID NOT even place it. And they still charged me for the items since they had them prepared when I came to the window. Paid $30 for a $24 order just because I adjusted something. This window system is absolutely terrible.

I used the touchscreen, which may be easy for younger people to use, but you have to press that screen so hard. It’s difficult process because of that. It’s easy to see what is wanted.
I found that if I use my cane instead of my finger, it worked 100% better and I was gentle,. The workers are always very kind. The quality of the food has gone downhill though, the turkey was so salty, the bread I know they have cut back on, but it was kind of hard and the whole inside was sloppy with mayo that would be like extra mayo I just wanted just some Mayo. I used to love Subways But now I don’t think I’ll go back sandwiches just don’t taste good to me anymore.

Went to get a sidekick in the drive thru. It wasn't on the menu. Tried going inside but they said they don't serve those in the drive thru and a worker said they are out of alot of things, the manager won't order. So thank you for having me drive all the way to another subway for my food.

#1 complaint is that I ordered on the app 20 minutes prior to arrival and still have to wait ??? I was told because they had a whole bunch of orders come in at once like really hmmm maybe but when the restaurant is dead on the inside no one in drive thru I have a hard time believing that considering this is not the 1st incident. I have heard many complaints about this restaurant. I don’t know if it’s staffing issues. I don’t know if it’s lazy employees which ever it may be It shouldn’t be that way we’re paying prices that have gone up since there’s ” no inflation” Thank you, Joe. I digress the point is this should not be happening. And needs to be fixed otherwise I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer I’m sure I’m not the only one.
