Fast service, easy to order on touch screen.Bread is harder than we prefer (we like softer bread like fire house). And if you select " Less" for mayo or mustars they need to learn that doesn't mean slop it on. My sandwich was a disaster covered in mustard. But I know ppl make mistakes but when I called them about it they said bring it back n they would remake. That's great but I was already 25 minutes down the road. So bascially turn around give them the sandwich so they could waste food by throwing it away to remake one that wasn't soaked in mustard. Crazy. Been easier to text a picture or write my name in book for future visit. But overall not a terrible place. People are alwats polite there as well.

It's a very nice Subway - big, nice to eat inside, plenty of parking and the food is always fresh and good. The only 'even better if' is the mixture of staff (from great to average) and the need to make the operation a little easier to understand, especially when things are super busy and the line is long. The first time I ordered on the app here and went inside to pick up, I didn't realize the app orders were on the other side of the building in the Drive-Thru area and had to wait through the entire line to get my order which was now cold. A heads up to drive through on app orders would have been great along with a sign on the walk in side. Tonight was quiet. The person making our meal was fabulous. It was veggie and he was careful to rinse the knife that had just been used on meat before slicing our sub. Well done. The person checking out had to be called over, seemed distracted and not the customer service minded team member who'd just impressed us so much. It's a great facility, has some great people and just needs management to motivate and train everyone to a standard befitting this excellent location.

Ordered food online. Said it was still open, drive there to find it closed an hour earlier than their time listed here. So now I have to call them Tomorrow to figure out how to get a refund on my order.

Had the worst sub ever. It had raw bacon on one sub. The meatball sub had the smallest meatballs and very few on the sub. Wasn't enough to fill the sub. The woman working there had a very bad attitude.
Nice place to stop for a quick lunch. Food was very good and the staff was nice.
