Horrible food. Stale ingredients and missing things that I paid extra for. And the staff could care less that you had to drive all the way back for your food to be remade correctly. It boggles my mind that there is no consistency in this Taco Bell. I have wasted so much money on food that i couldn't eat and was too tired or too far away to return it. Do better Taco Bell.

Was just here tonight what ever lady was working was so so rude. i waited at the menu for 15 minutes and there was someone waiting behind me too. no one took the order. they weren’t closed. when i drive up to the window at 12:50 she said um no girl leave and put the lock on the door. so so rude for no reason.

I wanted a luxe cravings box, and the sign in the drive thru shows a double stack taco, 5 layer burrito and a chalupa, the workers said that the they cannot give me a double stack because the items have changed, but the sign hasnt, and then a worker named "deeana" she said her name was, was very rude and and raised her voice at me when i asked for the double stack because that is what is shown on the sign, then when i got to the window, she acted all big and bad, ive worked in fast food and customer service for years, and her behavior is unacceptable and she needs to be talked to about how she behaved. Not to mention i never got asked about sauce nor received any sauce.

First of all, that gave me the wrong order in the order that gave me was wrong. When I complained to the cashier about it, she argued with me so I just left they could kiss my butt.

Don't go here if its past 11pm. They left out 2 Doritos locos tacos from my order and I didn't notice until I got home. The food that they did put in the bag was gross. The hard tacos stuck to the wrapper it was mushy. The Nocho fries were stale. Paid $50 for this meal.

Called to let them know I was making a good size order the day before the hurricane hit and the woman who answered the phone DeAndre (probably not spelled right) said we don't do phone orders. When I called back to say ok I just wanna give yall a heads up about the big order I'm gonna have never had a chance before she got an attitude and hung up on me. Customer service at this place has gotten terrible and I honestly will never go back. I ended up going to Winn Dixie and just making a bunch of tacos myself for my kids for the next day. Tried one more time just to give em a second chance and there was no change people are rude as hell.

We were forced to use kiosk by staff when waiting at counter to place order, no selection in drink size on kiosk, could not get any communication from staff, difficult time using kiosk. next customer got waited on at counter right away. requested receipt at kiosk, still no receipt. Food was very good, experience was not.
