Well I am giving it a 4 just because they have alot of flavors but seeing how I have never been here I felt it should have been explained a little better. The gal serving is did say the ice didn't stay as good in a cone. I got bubble gum the flavor was good. As I was eating I asked how is this made then the man explained we got ice I said you really need to explain it better especially for new customers not familiar. Well the decorations on the coolers were covering the descriptions of each item. I asked about the Dubai chocolate ice cream because I didn't see it out. He gave me a scoop for free which was great and I am not going to lie it was super creamy and was fantastic. That being said it's a personal view if you love Italian ice go there they don't have a lot of ice cream flavors but get the Dubai chocolate if you love chocolate get that. The one thing I love about Floral you have a great choice of anything you want!

We really appreciated that they have an allergen sheet on the front counter to make it easier to see which flavor has which ingredients. The staff were friendly and the ice cream was delicious!

We walked in at closing time (didn’t realize until we were walking in) and were greeted happily by the owner’s mother who encouraged us to come in and try some ice cream. She was so friendly, offered us many samples, and the Italian ice and ice cream was delicious! We will definitely be coming back to this spot again, friendly customer service can’t be beat!

What a great shop with excellent service and of course amazing goodie on a hott day if you haven't stop to check this place out yet ,you must it won't disappoint...the owner was behind the counter serving up some goodies for us..he let us try a few to help decide what we wanted...so we finally decided lol and even got some to take home to enjoy later ..we support local businesses but ill drive a distance for this one again....hope this review helps you on a great decision to check and support them out .....you won't regret

today me and a friend stopped in to check out the shop. the owners was working the counter and filled us in on all the great products aka super yummy stuff ...he let us sample some till we figured out what to decide on, because everything was too good we finally did and even got some to take home "couldn't resist lol",like to say it was a very clean environment and excellent service with no surprise from a veteran that served for are country as well ....so on an end note please stop by and support this small community business because you won't regret it 😁🍦🍧🍨
This is the first place I've found in the entire state that has authentic Italian ice. I spent a good part of my childhood in Brooklyn and we couldn't wait to run up the street to get italian ices from the Pizza place on the corner. Every time I go back to New York which is very rare I will make a point of getting italian ices. I am really grateful to have found a place right in my own neighborhood that has authentic italian ice. If you haven't tried it then you are really missing out. There is no comparison to any of the other stuff out there such as Rita's. This stuff is just like I remembered from my childhood.
The bonus is the place is spotless and really nice. The people who work there are also extremely nice. Can't recommend this place enough.

Went here because it was the only ice cream shop open and was close to our motel. So glad we did. We loved this place. The owners were welcoming, nice, and the ice cream was delicious and, even at close to closing time, the waffle cones were freash. The store was clean and the decor was cute. We also liked how it is owned and operated by a veteran and his family. We will definitely stop by again if we find ourselves in this area again!
