My husband, myself (36 weeks pregnant) and our 9 year old daughter stopped here for a quick
Order. We were deciding on what to get when exactly at 6pm, the tall young man says “ well we are closed, you should have looked at the time we close and hurry up and order”
ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and I will make sure I speak with his manager. Zero customer service skills! I will never return here again! I hope they have video recording so his manager can hear what he said. So sad

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We walked in before closing and were simply looking at the menu, trying to decide what to order, when an employee rudely told us he wasn’t going to help us. No explanation, no courtesy—just a bad attitude and clear impatience, like he couldn’t wait to get us out the door.

We’ve been coming to this location for a long time and have never been treated this disrespectfully. The lack of professionalism was shocking. If closing time is that big of an issue, then lock the doors—don’t treat paying customers like an inconvenience.

It was obvious he just didn’t feel like doing his job. Because of that, my family and I will not be returning to this location. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable.

The staff frequently arrives late to work, despite the store opening at 7:00 AM, yet they often arrive approximately 45 minutes later. Additionally, the quality of the food is considerably inferior compared to other Robek's locations. Management needs to address these issues promptly.
