I used the Wingstop app to order for dinner and walked in a couple of minutes before it was due. They were no sit-down patrons and 2 other customers waiting. My order was ready on-time. Got home and the meal we good, even the prices were good.

Ordered 4 sauces as a part of my order, received 0. How do you pack an order with 0 sauces and not think to double check if that's right, particularly when packing orders of the 20 boneless wing deal? Also got two large fries and one of them was fine but the second one was not a large portion.

I went to the Cutler Bay wingstop 25 minutes later than the the pick up time the online order gave me to pick up my order. And surprise, they didnt even start working on my order until I showed up to the restaurant. This is third time this has happened. If this franchise owner doesnt care about their restaurant, they should sell it. This service is abhorrent at best.
