We’ve been driving 2.5 hours to eat at Olio’s, but last night was our LAST! Lasagna noodles tasted like pre-cooked (very gummy/overcooked) flavorless sauce and I couldn’t really find any cheese! You wouldn’t even know it was Italian food bc it was so flavorless! Tasted like it was pre-cooked and re-heated. Even the rolls were bland. What happened Olio, you WERE the best Italian place ever??
We had the best time at Ollio tonight! Delicious, authentic Italian food right in the heart of Dade City. Everything we ordered was fantastic and you can really tell this place puts love into their cooking. 🇮🇹🍝

The food was excellent. Our compliments to the chef. Best Stromboli we have ever had. Our waiter Pablo should be commended for his excellent service. We will definitely recommend Olio’s and will be returning. This restaurant deserves 10 stars.
