“I was in the area getting my vehicle serviced and I decided to take a walk to look for breakfast. I found a Juice bar that offers an authentic and vintage outdoor space to enjoy your meal. Which I like as a pet lover. I ordered an Acai bowl and a detox juice. It was fresh and tasty. Located in the heart downtown Hallandale Beach, it is walking distance from other establishments. I was able to free 2 birds with one key. The service was great.“

“I've been here a few times and in my quest for the best bowl, I have experienced minimal toppings, even when I've requested top and bottom toppings dispersement. My experience is to get way more base, minimalistic toppings, especially at the pricepoint. Otherwise, tasty. 3.5 including avg CS.“

“The staff were friendly and very informative. We stopped in before heading back to Texas. I like to find little coffee shops everywhere we visit this one had healthy food I love as well.I googled coffee shops and healthy food and this came highly recommended on both searches. It is also Peruvian!I ordered a Peanut Butter Latte with Coconut Milk and it was one of the best latte’s I’ve ever had in the US. It had a great blend and not an overpowering sweetness.I also ordered an avocado toast with scrambled eggs remember this is Peruvian the seasoning and drizzle they put on the toast were delish! If we ever come back to Florida we will be back!I forgot I also bought a wellness shot because traveling is brutal on my body! It was made in house that day.Dietary restrictions: I was pleased to find that they are accommodating to most dietary restrictions.Parking: The parking lot is strange as there are I believe 3-4 free parking spots and the rest of the lot you had to pay.“

“I went to swami this past week for a first date and without a doubt was the perfect spot. Super cosy, and the staff was excellent. Alix served me and she was incredibly informative when explaining the menu. I ended up ordering the blue lagoon for me and my date and we both loved it. Will definitely be back soon (hopefully for a second date), 10/10 would recommend!“

“Came here after walking around the Sunny Side-up market. It’s a super cute and cozy atmosphere and lots of vegan options, although they ran out of all their vegan empanadas (which surprisingly makes me happy because that means people are ordering them and that they’re yummy). Anyway, it’s a little on the pricier side, but to be expected when in Fort Lauderdale. The Chickpea avocado panini is vegan and delicious and a good size portion. I actually only ate one half and saved the rest for dinner! Definitely recommend if you’re near downtown FTL or Fat Village area!“

“Came in with the family (2 parents, 3 kids) Saturday morning.They were decently busy but extremely helpful and attentive!The cashier was very friendly and helpful, from my own bowl I removed some items and added some others. She was quick to identify where a substitution could be made instead of up-charging me, which is always a plus.The owner came out and also spoke with us while ordering, he seemed like a nice guy.Bowls were terrific! THEY OFFER KIDS SIZES!!!! We’ve been to a few other brands that sell Acai or smoothie bowls with a one-size fits all approach, it’s honestly so expensive and wasteful - the splitting a bowl argument also holds little water if you actually have kids.Bahia Bowls offers 3 sizes - the smallest is perfect for kids. The middle is good if you want a snack and the large is great if you want a meal.Overall this is a great spot with quality food and is great for families. They have a sign that says something to the effect of “we’re not fast food, we made all orders fresh” - expect to wait a few minutes, especially if with a large group. You can bypass this if you mobile order and go to their dedicated drive-thru pickup.Highly recommend Bahia Bowls - they seem like a great up and coming healthy food QSR brand.Vegetarian options: Vegan options as well!Kid-friendliness: Kid size options!“

“I recently went to Menchie’s for the first time ever with my 2.5 year old son and we had a great experience. The staff was extremely patient with my son (and I) as we navigated the many delicious options! “The owner, Pei, is a great guy and we enjoyed talking with him while he prepared our açai bowl, pitaya bowl, and post workout smoothie. Everything was delicious! Also had just a small taste of what was leftover in the blender from someone else's mighty smoothie I think it was called, and it may've been my fave of all honestly! “One of the best ran juice bars I’ve had a chance to know! The ingredients are expensive of highest quality, which is rare to see. Also, cleanliness is exceptional, also rare to see. I can tell the owner really knows about natural and wholistic health in the way recipes for smoothies and other drinks have been balanced and thought out and by the choice of ingredients. I love the crystal selection, and very affordable! It’s a corner of Italian quality and hospitality in Florida. I really enjoy the atmosphere here.“

“A great spot for bowls, parfaits, & other healthy options in Flagler Village! I stumbled upon this place while visiting Hatch and made a note to come back and try it. I was able to stop by and get some work done here recently! They have wifi and a lot of available seating and tables inside near outlets. I love how there are windows are tall & all around for bright, natural lighting- my favorite lighting environment to work in. This past visit, I only got a smoothie with protein to satiate my hunger since I was planning to eat a lot later in the day. I got the Healthy Elvis which has banana, peanut butter, almond milk, honey, and chocolate protein. If you know me, this is typically my go-to flavor profile for protein smoothies and this one did not disappoint. They also have a cute lil green wall with a neon sign that says, "Where healthy meets delicious" and the logo where you can take a photo in front of. For parking, you can park around where there's street parking or park in the garage where it's labeled for retail shops. Overall, a great spot to work from and grab a healthy bite in Flagler village!“

“Know that it’s all RAW and vegan meaning no dairy and they use vegan feta on their salads. Potato and rice starch base with the cheese flavor if it’s a cheese and the only coffee is ice brew.I had a small almond and chocolate (with dates!) smoothie and it’s the only size so… still, it was yummy and the actual price with a 25% off coupon was $10-?. Because they emphasize “organic” and put it on the menu so you don’t have to ask… because they’re careful to not use peanuts (for those with allergies)… because they’re the only folks using dates in their smoothies around here (as far as I know)… and because of the location and it’s pretty tasty… maybe the original $14-something price is (painfully) reasonable.Why might this location become part of my Saturday routine at sunset? Because it’’s harder for me to charge my gadgets on the weekend since the gym closes too early for me to bother going; I just wait until Sunday. So if I can have patience for an hour…“

“Good old hole in the wall ice cream shop. They offer a large selection of ice cream and sorbets along with waffel cones and bowls.They do offer teas and milk shakes if you don't want a sunday, which is ok, I guess you are a non fun reader. I'm kidding.A unique thing about this place is that they offer some crazy ice cream flavors that I had never seen before. I mean, an ice cream flavor called Superman has to have some superhero powers, right?“

“So after work I decided to walk into this quaint little shop that looks really nice inside and found out they have (as you would assume lol) an assortment of empanadas. I always go for spinach or chicken as my go-to empanadas. Spinach was the choice today heres the kicker this wasn't any spinach empanada it was spinach and mozzarella!!!!! I raised an eyebrow I was also offered spicy mayo and cilantro mayo with both my spinach empanadas let me tell you something the flavors were delightful the empanadas were crispy and the mix of spinach and mozzarella wss so freaking amazing I said "wow, to the cashier this is really good. This is REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!! Um I had a long day but this empanada sure picked me up because now I know I'll be stopping by again if I have time to try the other flavors. Highly recommended!!!!“
