Went to Texas Roadhouse in Lynchburg, Virginia. Ordered a Sirloin medium rare, Baked Potato Loaded, and a Salad with Italian Dressing. The steak was cooked properly, but it lacked flavor. Very bland. The cheese on my Potato wasn't melted. That's more of a presentation issue. Wasn't necessarily a bad experience just wasn't what I expected. Throw some seasoning on that meat.
My country fried sirloin was a greasy mess! It was completely saturated in grease on both sides. I immediately sent it back and even the waiter said it looked terrible to him. I then ordered a steak medium rare and it came out medium well. The staff was great and offered to cook another one but we just paid our bill and left. The only edible thing were the rolls. Didn’t get one of the two apps as it was never put on the ticket. However that was the second app we ordered so should have been on the correct ticket. Came out long after we were done with our salads. The ribeye was 1/8” thick cooked well done not the medium I asked for. They removed the ribeye meal, however, was yet again a terrible experience at a Texas Roadhouse.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal, with service that is prompt, friendly, attentive, patient, helpful, polite, and outgoing, often going above and beyond. Managers ensure everything is as expected. It is a go-to place for celebrations and traditions with friends, offering a very good time. The price is on par for steakhouses.
