They skipped my order on the app and tried telling me I placed it at the wrong location. Manager gaslighted me on their address. They eventually realized their mistake after I kept at it.
Better than a regular Chinese restaurant

Panda Express is a fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of Chinese dishes with generous portions at a good price. Customers have praised the friendly staff who provide helpful explanations of the food. Popular items include the orange chicken, which has received positive reviews for its taste. While some meals, like the chow mein, were considered just alright, the overall quality and flavor of the food were described as superior to typical mall-based Chinese options. The drive-thru service is efficient, with quick food preparation that doesn't taste like heat-lamp food. The restaurant is noted for its cleanliness and fresh offerings, making it a recommended spot for those looking for an alternative to traditional fast food. However, some customers experienced confusion about the hours and menu availability late at night. Overall, Panda Express is well-regarded for its tasty food and welcoming atmosphere at regular hours.
