⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at ABIAKA!
ABIAKA at the Seminole Hard Rock blew me away. The food was excellent, but the real standout was Nicole, who delivered some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the entire night feel special.
A big thank-you to Kerry, the General Manager, for personally checking in and making sure everything was perfect.
If you want a top-tier dining experience, ABIAKA is the place — and Nicole is the one to ask for!

The skirt steak was so marinated that I could only take 2 bites and could not eat anymore. The service was extremely slow. The waiter was good and attentive, but the service was so slow that it completely ruined the experience.
In summary, the service was slow and the food was not good, specially for the price.

Hands down one of the best experiences of service and fusion cuisine at the Hard Rock in Hollywood. They aim to please and if you’re not satisfied with something- anything they take action. So nice to see some restaurants still respond to customers and strive for a culinarily experience worth writing about.
The views are worthy of romantic dinner or an exciting girls night before casino or concert action. Booths are cozy and bar is sexy. Service professionals are quick, engaging and full of energy. Order the avocado salad and the Cauliflower to wet a vegan appetite and finish with the scallops if you love a delicate bite. Wines are plentiful, but the mixed drinks will have you feeling gooooood!

Worst casino ever...never win amd high limit player
Will never play here again
I think this place is underrated… to me it’s in the top best restaurants here. The waiters are always so nice and friendly. The restraunt itself is cool being elevated and looking out over the pool and at the guitar. It’s almost relaxing being in there. I liked the lighting on the back of the booths. Now on to the good stuff the food!! Almost everything was very delicious. The lavender purple drink (name started with a B) was very refreshing and not to sweet or floral. The plantain old fashion wasn’t bad as well. The biscuits were quite bland and needed some salt. The empanadas and hush puppies were yummy. But the sauces for those and all of the dishes were the star. To die for! The butter on the hush puppies was ugh so good. It was like sweet and creamy but also thick and pasty. 🤤I got the scallops which were good but a little to much with the pinkish sauce. The potatoes and aoil as well. The broccolini was not my favorite but I think it was cheese and personal preference. The star was the massive 42 oz porterhouse. Cooked almost perfectly but very well seared skin and yummy sauces. The molten chocolate cake was good. I really don’t think you could ever go wrong with that anywhere. The avocado 🥑 ice cream was actually pretty good. Something I didn’t know I needed. Overall 😋

This was not just dinner, it was an experience! The service was amazing starting with the host to the bussers. Our server, Braxton was incredible . He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and very attentive. We ordered hush puppies and empanadas to start. We had shrimp, scallops, steak, and asparagus. Everything was exceptional! The cocktails were fun and delicious. We can’t wait to return!

Abiaka Wood Fire Grill is nothing short of spectacular. I came in ready for a good meal, and I left feeling like I had just witnessed the 2025 Notre Dame football team in action: pure grit, passion, precision, and dominance—only this time it was a steak instead of CJ Carr throwing darts downfield.
The steak was cooked so perfectly it should be wearing a gold helmet. The seafood tower stood tall and intimidating, like the Irish defensive line. The tashimi (yes, I know it’s spelled sashimi, but who cares when it melts in your mouth like Jeremiah Love breaking a tackle?) was so clean and fresh I half expected Marcus Freeman to start diagramming plays on the plate. The mixed drinks? Let’s just say they hit harder than a Notre Dame linebacker and smoother than a touchdown drive against an overrated opponent.
And speaking of overrated—Miami football. A complete joke. Abiaka delivered more substance in one appetizer than Miami has shown in an entire season. Mark it down: the Irish will get them next time, and I hope Abiaka caters the victory party.
This place isn’t just excellent—it’s a 5-star, playoff-caliber dining experience. If Notre Dame football was a restaurant, it would be Abiaka Wood Fire Grill.

We never knew this restaurant was tucked away like an oasis at the Hard Rock. We had a wonderful experience from the ambiance to the service and the delicious food. Amazing through and through. We had the scallops, salad, mango desert... But by far oir favorite was the octopus. Super tender and the sauces elevated the entire dish. Javier our waiter treated us very well even made recommendations.

We liked all the dishes that were served and had no leftovers. The hush puppies were my top appetizer, it was so flavorful. Hamachi ceviche was also really good. My toddler especially loved the empanadas. For the main course, you can’t miss the halibut and the bone-in beef rib (so tender and rich). The seared scallops were buttery-soft it didn't last a minute on our table. Banana bread pudding, chocolate molten and churros were luscious finales. This place also has a really good view of the guitar hotel light show at night.

The food is incredible, the passion fruit cocktail is the best I've ever had! The manager, Ricky, is always very attentive to all the tables and the small details! The service is super good, definitely a place I'll come back to!

What an amazing spot to celebrate an early birthday! We wanted to come last time when we were in Jan, but it was booked.
Located inside the iconic Guitar Hotel, this place delivers—beautiful setting, great service, and an incredible view of the hotel itself.
I kicked things off with a glass of Brut Chandon ($13)—crisp, dry, and the perfect start. The oysters were super fresh, though I found the mignonette a touch sweet for my taste (I usually go for something more vinegary). The octopus? Supple and perfectly cooked.
Then… my VIP sis went all out with the food! Empanadas, hush puppies, broccolini (so flavorful), whole fish, shrimp in a rich marinara sauce—everything was absolutely delicious. Even the bread was worth mentioning.
And for dessert? Churros with tres leches and a birthday candle.
Couldn’t have asked for a better night. 🥂🎂✨

This was our second visit to Abiaka and it didn't disappoint. We were celebrating a birthday and everyone from the person taking the reservation to the person checking in to the greeters at the door to the server made our day special.
Our meal started off with warm cheddar biscuits right from the oven. They were so delicious that we ordered seconds. When we asked to bring some home with us our server Christian brought us more fresh biscuits. We ordered the seafood feast platter to share with sides of hush puppies and empanadas. They were delicious starting from the first bite to the last. For dessert we ordered churros which came with a birthday greeting written in chocolate and a little candle.
We have to make a special mention for Christian our server. He was probably the most attentive server we have ever encountered. He granted our every wish and made my husband's birthday very very special. All in all everyone at Abiaka made our day very special and we will most definitely return.

Barely edible. No citrus in ceviche. Mushy fish. Server ignored feedback amd explained to us how ceviche is made...lame....cauliflower Ceasar, bland. Cobia special was overcooked. Whole snapper, no seasoning. Halibut came in a cooked plastic bag that was left to eat out of instead of removing after presentation. P.s. the banana bread was pretty good. OH YA...best part..bill was split in two...the tip was higher after them splitting in two bills...and each bill showed suggesyed tip amount from thr full bill total. ...overall...the place is barely cafeteria good. Skip it.
