Food was overpriced. I got rice beans and some meat for around $15. Food was so bland needing salt. It had so little flavor I thought I had covid for a second. My daughter got an Oreo milkshake that tasted like straight white milk lol. I think my total bill was like $60. I could've spent $10 a meal and eaten better at chipotle. My daughter got a dry a** salmon for like $15. Place sucked. Also no reception in that place whatsoever. At least let me get that WiFi.

Great taste! The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. There are plenty of options to choose from. My favorites are the Queen Arepa, Pepper Soup and the blackberry juice. The Pepper soup is very similar to tomato soup but has added cheese as a topping. Make Your Own Bowl is always a great option if you are picky and want to have a custom meal. Staff are friendly and fast. There are also plenty of sitting space.

Don’t recommend it! The parrilla for 3 was a waste of money and we ordered 2 of that (never again), we couldn’t eat the arepa wedges because were so hard, no potatoes, no nata, the description showed that it brought it, small portions, the presentation was awful!

No good. I buy the same arepa with shredded beef and yellow cheese and was too poor. They just stole the beef and the cheese. The price is the same. I can't go back again. In the beginning was amaize. But now is not.

NOT a CLEAN place to eat during COVID times!!! Food is good, but I watched what was going on behind the scenes as they were preparing my order. Person who handling my order was sweeping the kitchen, mask was on bearded style not covering nose and mouth, I even saw him touch his nose twice and then touch my food and handled other utensils and equipment. The other guy I saw changing a garbage bag as well as holding cleaning products, and then touched my plate as he brought it over. Never did I see anyone wash hands or change gloves, the servers gloves touched and handled my credit card and he never changed his gloves. No one cleaned tables after people were just eating there, I witnessed all of this. Seems like no care in the world for keeping the restaurant safe and clean. I made the server aware of my observations, his name was Matthew, not sure what the food guy's name is.

Had a breakfast arepa with egg white perico.. completely dissatisfied.. the arepa was too salty as if I was literally eating a salt and not the eggs.

Yum, that's just about the only word that comes to mind when I think of Amaize. Adriana was our cashier & even brought our food to us & checked in to see if everything was to our liking. The food came out piping hot with our apps first. We got mini empanadas each one with a different filling (cheese,chicken,beef) my personal fav was the cheese the chicken & the beef were good as well but nothing really stood out to distinguish the difference between the two. The beauty queen arepa was good as well it lacked a little salt for my taste & the avos were slightly oxidized but no big deal food was hot & came out pretty fast. The Cachapa was definitely a winner in my book. It reminded me of a big cast iron pancake folded over with melted cheese & shredded beef. sweet & savory are the only two words I can describe the meal itself. Pro tip plates are big here so be wise & wear your stretchy pants and get a to-go plate.
Such a horrible experience , I took my family out to eat arrived at 8:40 the manager (ANDREA) was busy talking to a customer who was ready to leave! Didn't take our order . Decided to make the line 2 families got there but it was empty! And they received the food before. Our food literally came 40 minutes after!! The two families after us ate and left ! When I spoke to Andrea ( the manager ) about the situation she only responded with ok ok what can I do? She didn't care! Completely ignored me and my family. Such an unpleasant situation! The food isn't all that and the prices are high. Second time I go there and HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Excellent service and the food is delicious and fresh. We came for the first time today. We ordered the chicken bowl and the steak bowl. Both were tasty and we could pick our veggies and toppings. They have some tables outside for safe socially distant seating. The guacamole was our favorite! We will definitely be back soon.

Ive been craving the Salmon Bendecit arepas for weeks!!! I had it via Uber Eats from the Aventura location. I checked nearly every morning and was heartbroken when I learned the place was closed. But oh the joy once I saw the Davie location today!!!! I absolutely am caught up in the rapture of love with this dish. I will be frequenting this place and will visit!!
