“Usually the service is excellent by pool. As this is a luxury resort. The servers are quick and friendly and also check on you for additional items.However on the 3rd day, it took an hour to get a host after brining it to attention to staff and then I had to speak to the supervisor on duty.I was finally able to get a server. She seemedvery rude and never checked on us for additional items. (I hope it was not a racial discrimination)Despite of my not so good experience with the server, the food was delicious. I Highly recommend ordering by pool.“

“I can't fully express how exceptional this restaurant is. I organized a sunset cruise for a group of 24 guests, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the provisions (food) we were expecting. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. He continued to check in and make sure we were ok and had everything we needed and accommodated every single request ❤️ I am incredibly grateful for everything. Jackson and his staff turned what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable evening. This special group of oncology nurses truly deserved a memorable night, and thanks to you, we got exactly that. Thank you so much for making it an experience we will never forget! 🥰“

“I rode the water taxi from Fort Lauderdale to Hollywood to sightsee. I was waiting for the boat to return and Manny, a server, was so nice and thoughtful and asked if I wanted water while I waited and brought it over. They also offered water to others waiting for free since they are beside the dock. If I’m back in the area, would like to try them.“

As a bar, it had a limited but satisfying beer and liquor selection but offsets that lack of variety with high quality food. The wings are amazing, and there are lots of fried seafood, salads, sandwiches and burgers, all fresher and tastier than you’d expect. This is also a no frills bar for locals, a true neighborhood hangout worth getting to know even if you don’t live in the neighborhood.“

All of the reviews I've read on this place is what made me come here except for the ridiculously entitled people who complain about having to wait an extra 10 minutes. To attack a business because they're busy and they're doing their best to get you a seed is selfish and shows how much you think the world revolves around you. I wish they had an app that you can review the reviewer. I hope you get stuck in traffic for the next month. I hope the next time you have to crap in public The person that's in the bathroom before you has constipation. I also hope the next time you have a toothache The dentist gets a flat tire and makes you wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes. This is a great restaurant The food was very good The server was very nice never even paid attention to how long it took to see us I was actually kind of excited because the place was busy and I knew it was going to be good.
