This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I stopped in during lunch hour and the restaurant was nearly empty, so there was no reason for the floors to be that dirty. Cleanliness should never be overlooked, especially when there are few customers. The shift manager should be prioritizing the upkeep of the establishment to ensure a pleasant experience for paying guests. If the dining area is not being maintained, it naturally raises concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen as well.
