This Chipotle has a full blown mold infestation and corporate has not taken action. It’s been over a year and at this point should be considered a health concern to all employees and patrons. Avoid at all cost if you value your life and well being.

Scam alert. I ordered to-go and was shocked at how small the portions were. The dish had almost no protein and looked nothing like what you get when you eat in the store. It feels like they’re cutting corners for takeout customers. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

My husband and I usually love going to Chipotle for a quick fuel especially because its easy to get your protein and some veggies intake... but this time, the server there did not give us the proper portion asked. My husband asked for double meat, but didnt get and it and the server said its ok ... like get on with it lol then when it was my turn I said normal just half steak and half chicken she made the portion really small. We eat pretty often at Chipotle so I know the portions are not usually this small, but she said that's normal so I canceled my order.
This particular branch in Davie in the Costco plaza has really bad service. She just replied oh well and just moved on. They dont care over there, they just want to make money and get you out of the door. Now, Im debating whether or not I want to continue to get meals at Chipotle altogether...

I never normally leave reviews especially bad ones. But this specific enter was the most disrespectful and disgusting I’ve encountered. Came inside of the chipotle to get a regular meal and normally a top would also be placed on the meal because it’s to go. I asked kindly for one and a guy named Chris threw the top across the counter as if he’s trying to initiate something. I don’t get the aggression neither had a clue why he behaved like that.
I visited Chipotle to order a carne asada burrito. The older woman at the counter I initially met was friendly and efficient, handling multiple tasks with ease. In stark contrast, her blonde male coworker was rude and unprofessional to both staff and customers.
When he asked her for a cover, she handed him foil. He responded with a raised voice and impatient huffing that he wanted a lid. She quickly provided the correct item, but his attitude persisted. It was evident that she was unhappy being spoken to in such a manner.
When it was his turn to serve me, I requested double carne asada. He bluntly claimed they were out, despite overhearing the woman confirm more was being prepared. His dismissive tone and attitude made it clear he wanted to rush me through the line. I refused to pay for a substitute I didn’t want and left without food.
This employee’s poor attitude disrupts the team and alienates customers. He seems visibly unhappy in his role, and management should address his behavior to maintain Chipotle’s standards. Your employee lied to get the line moving. It was a horrible experience.

All tables dirty, I had to clean my table and chair and the tray was slimey. My first bite of (tender) steak was grissel and so with every other bite. The chips were supposedly Handmade (fresh) but were stale!!!! Guacamole over $2 for barely a spoonful. Men's room on a scale of 10, I give it a 5, I'm just glad I didn't have to sit down. Overall I paid $36 for 2 drinks and 2 Carne Asada's, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I been coming here since it open, this place is ran like shit now, managed is rude. Workers are lazy and rude, places always dirty, the table are never clean and trash is always over flowing, this is the 3rd time in 3 weeks I been here and they dont have something I wanted and they are rude about it. I had to wait over 40 min for steak. Not red chimi tonight, now there being cheap and won't give u lime or lime juice anymore, this place went down hill with mew management, no one cares about anything and its min 20-40$ to eat and they never have something i ordered and they could care less. Time to find a new spot. Worst managed place i been to in a while
