Today's visit was bad, spent 20 minutes in line until it was my turn. Finally my turn. And no tortillas so I settled for a bowl. Then there was no medium, and the girl behind the counter just out the red sauce on my bowl, which I didnt ask for.. the managers here need to stop dropping the bowl here and learn how run this location.

I've been a customer at this location for nearly four years. I seldom leave negative reviews because I understand people/companies can have "off" days, but my last few experiences have prompted me to leave this review. I'm not sure what's been going on, or who's been making the hiring decisions, but I'd say about 80% of the staff clearly do not want to be there or maybe don't want to be working period and clearly don't give a rat's ass about how that projects onto a customer's experience. It's typically their college-aged workers with their stank attitudes and faces that genuinely get me in a bad mood whenever I order. I'm literally their age so the fact that even I recognize it's extremely unprofessional and rude should speak volumes. They don't make eye contact, move extremely slow, don't audibly respond to your questions/requests but instead let out little toddler-like grunts, they VISIBLY ROLL THEIR EYES. Not to mention this location skimps out on food soo bad. you're lucky to get 3 oz of meat. I weigh my meats every time I meal prep so i know what a standard 4 oz looks like. you're lucky if you see that when ordering at this location. I didn't give it one star because out of the last four years, only the last 6 months have been atrocious ordering from here but who knows, it may be a one star spot another 6 months from now.

Wow. Horrible experience here. Trash overflowing at the front door. Employees wiping the stainless with napkins Burritos not even folded or wrapped properly . The Attitude sucks from employees

The manager on Friday night, Jan 24th, was incredible! Not only did she facilitate the order for our large family, she did so using one employee who did not speak English and one employee who was practically mute!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. RUDE. skimpsvon servings as if im not paying money for my food. The large bag of chips was a joke and was rudely thrown on the counter by the cashier. Not one person was not rude. How ridiculous. Never again will i come to this chipotle. NOBODY ASKED YOU TO WORK FOR CHIPOTLE! UNPROFESSIONAL. i strive with customer service because its really not hard to be polite like a decent human being.
The employees making the bowls are rushing the customers and the cashier was rude and not the first time! She snatched my debit card because it wasn't going thru she's going to get slapped one day if she doesn't be respectful!!!
