Absolutely vile ice cream, half melted and really bad. The cone legitimately tasted like they had dipped it in Fabuloso before giving it to us. We had to throw it away without eating it - total waste of $14 for ONE cone. Ridiculous. Avoid.

What happened to cold stone? The ice cream used to be so creamy, my last two pickup orders, my ice cream has not only been light in portion despite ordering the largest size, but the ice cream is always melted, leaving a “ice cream soup”.

Must be the age of the employees here that the service and the teamwork suck and are completely non existent! It’s a Wednesday night on August 20th at 9:10 we walked I. The door closer to 9pm. The poor girl behind the counter trying to make all the orders and handle to go while two employees hang out in the back working on cleaning everything so they can close. I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years I would be ashamed of these people! And they would be fired immediately! Finally one employee walks out at 9:12 to help after everything they brought to the sink was clean again these other 2 in the back should be fired

Ordered online, gave 30 mins to pick up, when I got there it was not ready. 40
Mins later I got my ice cream. Excuse was, “we had customers”.

Karem was the sweetest! She made my ice cream perfect with a smile!! Highly recommend this cold stone! Truly the best I’ve been too when it comes to customer service

I have been ordering at least 3 times a week on Uber Eats..The store service is horrible. They send you a huge cup ans one scoop inside.. Never match the sizes you order. No one ones to take responsibility ti refund..uberEats has gotten horrible and Cold Stone probably worse.

Walked in when they were very well opened and was told by some young immature worker that they are closed. I said that you guys don’t close until 12:15am and his immature response was that the times are wrong online. I proceed to walk out and I hear his coworkers saying “Why did you tell her that?” and the immature worker’s friends laughing and agreeing with him. Cold Stone, you’re going to lose customers if you keep hiring immature people, well kids, like this one. Besides the fact of me walking in 15 mins before closing, don’t lie that the time on Google is incorrect because you didn’t want to serve anymore people. Very unprofessional. I will not be going back to this location even if I was in the area.

Store hours are off. I was rushing to make it before they close supposedly at 11Pm and it was all dark and shut off.

Attendant was fast and ice cream was delicious

I had the best experience at this cold stone. Chloe was amazing. She serviced my kids and I with a smile. It is not very often these days to get this kind of friendly and caring treatment from any business. She was just wonderful. I will definetly be back with my friends and family.

Unfortunately the people there are rude and they completely skipped me when I was clearly next and they went to the next person. I stood there for about 10minutes without any acknowledgment. Don’t recommend

On Google it shows they close at 11. I went to Store at 10:10. They said they are closed at 10.

I went to just get ice cream but I end up getting treated like a VIP by the girl name Adela she is amazing beautiful attitude, helpful, and lot of nice suggestion because my first time and I definitely will go back. Thank you so much, Adela. !!
