I called the store I purchased from, the “manager” was rude didn’t want to help, said it wasn’t his problem he didn’t have the dough.. I reached out to THIS location and Georgie was more than willing to help! She had the dough, baked the cookies, and set everything on a beautiful Christmas platter.. This location is now my favorite one. Not only is the location in a prime spot, and their selection varied and well-surplussed, but the service is bar none.

“My husband ordered this incredible cake for my birthday through Goldbelly. Shipping was several days late, but it was packaged well and was in good condition when opened.

The star of the cake was the flavor, it’s the best strawberry cake I’ve had, I love cake, I love strawberry cake and this was dense, moist and so decadent. If I could I would have kept it all for myself.

“First time at this location. Staff were friendly, patient, and attentive, especially Chris. I like the variety of flavors you can chose from and the many different toppings that they have. They have 3 sizes - like it (small), love it (medium) and gotta have it (large). Prices are a bit higher so if you planing to share, I recommend getting the biggest size cuz in comparison w the smallest, it’s just $2 more for doble the amount of ice cream. Also, don’t forget to enroll in their reward program which it’s free and offers many discounts.“

“I believe that if you have workers in the building, someone should always be at the front or at least within view in case a customer walks in. It really should not take a customer calling the store from inside just to get service. The fact that you can clearly hear laughter coming from the back while people are waiting at the counter says enough. Some awareness and basic professionalism would go a long way.“
