The staff was friendly enough, however the problem was food safety. There was one lady with hair well past her shoulders making food. I watched as her hair touched the prep table and the food as she leaned forward to get ingredients. It was really gross. At this location food safety doesn’t seem to be a priority. No one was hearing any type of hair cover at all. Might want to skip this location.

I walked in with my two kiddos and were immediately greeted by Nikki and Dylan (Kingg). They were both so cordial, funny, and more than willing to help us. My kiddos walked away very happy with their donuts and I with my coffee. It's refreshing to have such personable employees greet you these days! Thank you, both!

Arrived at 5:31 pm and its closed. The hours of operation labeled on the door says it closes at 6:00 pm. I knocked and the employee stated the lobby closes at 5:30 pm but the store closes at 6:00pm. Doesnt make sense when theres no drive through. So how do you order if its open but the lobby is closed? Need to change the hours of operation stating it closes at 5:30 pm
I should’ve been warned when I saw the sign on the front of the business was completely faded out and a noticed by the owner it shows there’s no pride in this business. Then when you walk in the front door, you see Dirty floors, then you see a dirty unorganized food preparation area. There’s food everywhere in the kitchen on the floor and on the countertops, Then when you go to wash up, you see a Super beyond dirty bathroom! The staff are not helpful or friendly. Actually not happy to assist when you need something like more milk or Splenda for your coffee. The food prep lady was on her phone and coughing into her hand without gloves on. I needed something and she wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there. At 10 am hardly no doughnuts left to choose from. NOT KID Friendly HERE. I’ve never experienced such unpleasant and unfriendly Duncan doughnuts location. It seems this is a busy store and they’re making enough money to where they don’t care how they treat people. I’m sure corporate Dunkin’ Donuts would be interested to know how they are misrepresenting their brand. And at the end of the experience, when I finally sat down, the coffee was not fresh. It tasted terrible. The worst coffee I’ve ever ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts by far. The large overweight black guy was the one that waited on me and he was very rude. The older white lady was in the food prep area and she was disgusting.
