Always enjoy coming to the USA and seeing the differences between their stores and the ones we have in Canada. This Dunkin was great. Service was fast, staff polite. Not sure where the wishy washy reputation of Dunkin comes from but I've not had a negative experience. I do tend to forget that I have to say "hot tea" in the USA. Tea and coffee is always hot in Canada, only when we say ice(d) tea or coffee does it come cold.

This one is always a hit or miss, you’ve got a 50/50 shot at your order being wrong. The coffee sometimes tastes bitter- like it’s the midnight blend instead of the original. Maybe they run out and use what’s on hand? I just don’t like that blend so I intentionally do not order

What’s the point of ordering ahead online if you’re just going to have to wait for 10 minutes anyways once you get to the restaurant… there’s quite literally 3 guest in the lobby. I’ll continue to go to the Dunkin on Sheridan across from the library.
