We had the absolute pleasure of having this paella company cook live paella at my parents’ anniversary dinner, and it was truly unforgettable. The paella was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, and it fit perfectly into our elegant plated three-course dinner. Santiago and the entire serving staff were phenomenal professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. It was a very cold night, yet they went above and beyond, even staying a little longer to roast marshmallows with the kids so they could warm up. That extra, thoughtful touch meant so much to our family and made the evening even more special. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and heartfelt hospitality. They added such a beautiful and memorable element to my parents’ anniversary celebration. Highly recommend!
