We recently visited your restaurant and ordered two appetizers and our meals. After approximately 30 minutes, we asked our waiter to prioritize our 12-year-old son's plain hamburger because he has type 1 diabetes and had already received insulin for his meal. We explained that delaying his food could cause his blood glucose to fall dangerously low, but our concern did not appear to be taken seriously.
