We ordered arroz con pollo, paella, croquetas, and patacones rellenos for a graduation party with 30 people. Everyone was complimenting the food. It was absolutely delicious! Garcia's Paella Catering was an absolute hit at my holiday party! The flavors were bold, authentic, and perfect, making it the centerpiece of the evening. The seafood was fresh, the rice was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was just right. Guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was.

Halsey's attention to detail and presentation added a festive flair that fit perfectly with the holiday spirit. I highly recommend Garcia’s Paella...
