If I had a dollar every time my order was correct, I’d have zero dollars. The food is tasty. But something is always wrong. Either they forget the guacamole you paid extra for, or sauces. Or they add beans when it’s no beans. Or sometimes you get the surprise of someone else’s order entirely. I would love the ability to be able to order to-go and not wait a second time for them to fix something. The quality of food is lost with the inconvenience of babysitting every single time.

I gave a ride to a passenger who works at pollo tropical and he smelled of urine and wasn't clean. My concern is that if his personal hygiene is so poor, how is he handling the food at the restaurant?

The manager is very rude even the team lead guy the workers always on they phone the store is always dirty when I dine in some employees don’t change they gloves at all the grill guy is always rude and the front counter night shift employee I’m very disappointed in what this store became and the manger don’t care I see her talk to employees rude
Omfg the homemade juice is real mango juice, like from the fruit itself and not a concentrate. I am emotional for the juice and the food, how perfect it came out. Like if we were at the bufef at the presidential White House. Just amazing.

I usually get a 1/4 or a 1/2 grilled chicken, cheesy yuca bites, and their soup. The soup will always be a HIT! It’s so delicious the only down side is I had no corn and one piece of chicken in the large size but it was still delicious. They also messed up my order and I had to go back but it wasn’t much of a hassle since I’m not far but it would of sucked if I would of drove miles only to realize I had no rice with my order 😅 Chicken was delicious and cooked to perfection. For the price I highly recommend this place!
