Had a great experience at the pool bar at Hardrock Hollywood! From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles and it only got better from then on. Our server Ramses was awesome and I noticed that the level of service to the other guests was also great. 5 stars for this great team.

Amazing property and next door to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. I ate at many restaurants in the surrounding area. The Hollywood community is pleased and relaxing! In fact, I enjoyed thoroughly that I visited this area at least twice a year for the past four years

We had a great experience here at the Seminole Hard Rock. Upon arrival the valet and Front Desk Staff were fantastic. We stayed in a Guitar Tower Room on the 24th Floor with a fantastic view of the pool. The amenities are amazing with access to 2 pools and free self parking. They do charge a resort fee however all the included amenities more than justify the cost. We ate at the Deli twice and did not have a bad meal. The casino was great and provided a lot of slots and table games, I even enjoyed the non-smoking area which was a nice touch. We are already planning our next trip back!

The WORST hotel experience I've ever had. The hallways smelt like garbage in someone's pants. The hotel staff was rude and pompous and multiple times went on power trips. The coming in and out of the hotel was higher security than Fort Knox. The food was gross and repetitive. BUT THE WORST PART. The hotel uses a room key system that seems like its from before cell phones were invented and I had to a new room key every single time I went to my room. IMAGINE waiting 10-40 minutes in line at the front desk just to have to go back to your room. It's pretty dangerous because I just stopped shutting and put a towel in it and one time almost scaled the outside of the building from my friends room but didn't want to die that day. Oh, and they don't have elevators. The end. Hopefully the end of the HardRock Cancun.

We spent our New Year at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel. We learned about native the Seminole Tribe of Florida, their cultures, their histories, their legacies and everything was awesome. We wish to come bak again in the near future and feel the same experience again.

Not felt welcome. Stayed three nights, had to change room because accessible room was occupied the first night (although we reserved it beforehand), housekeeping did not clean the room and finally member points were not given in full, on contrary they deducted some without obvious reason. Would not go there again.

A great 1 night stay. My husband and I did 1 night at the Hard Rock. We stayed on the hard rock side. This resort has 3 sides too. Very clean and comfortable location. This resort is super nice with great pools available for your use. We ate at the hard rock cafe that evening which was pleasant as well. Great customer service too.

Another sad experience at the hardrock...even staying at the guitar. Got 3 rooms in july 10th at the guitar . Never got the msg for the room ready. Got my rooms at 7pm. Breakfast burrito cold sent it back, got a new one thats a positive. Oasis pool overcharging 3, 4 casamigos shots... not making a show in front of my kids and family and other guest so decided just to pay. A bill around $800 by the pool. Second time issues at the oasis pool, last time they fixed my bill and it went down like 200 after fighting with manager and waiter... you need to step up. This place i choose every year for my moms bday. Thanks

Booked two nights in July was so looking forward to this great looking hotel. Was extremely disappointed. After checking in went to room toe nail clippings all over the bathroom floor and diet in bath. Rang up to report this told someone would come and clean. Came back to room No one had been too tired thought someone would clean in the morning. Rang again said someone would come. After we went out and came back the room had been cleaned or maybe only the beds had been made! Toenail clippings still there, rang a further four times each time told Someone would come someone did later and I told her what needed cleaning and stop there! The phone didn’t work so I had to go in the hall. Told them at checkout and said would not charge resort fees! I was told I wouldn’t pay them as icon anyways man for a rude woman out so did nothing ! Paid lots of money for a disgusting room and they don’t care. Asked for manager and they didn’t put me thru! Spent loads in casino too. Appalling. Never stay here she even promised me she would investigate and take photos and email me back that day well what a surprise no email! DO NOT STAY HERE THE BAS REVIEWS ARE TRUE
Enjoy our stay unfortunately housekeeping staff likes to talk to each other in the hallway by yelling back-and-forth of course we expect the guests to be noisy in the hall but not the housekeeping staff so I give atmosphere at 1 star all the noise Housekeeping was making aggravated dog which then she was barking. Could not get any rest could not nap could not get any work done.

Dinner at the steakhouse was great. Playing 3 card poker with Jackie who has a great personality and the pit boss, Chris, kept criticizing her in front of us even though she seemed very experienced. Touch the cards this way, don’t touch the chips that way. She was clearly very uncomfortable and then they raise the limit from $15 to $20 when no one was there. Just a weird and awkward experience. I am an icon member and I wouldn’t gamble with Chris as the pit boss again.

I booked this hotel because I had walked through it in the past and it look very cool. I’d always wanted to stay there. I wanted to play craps and my wife wanted to enjoy the pool. Well, Hard Rock failed on both accounts and more! The room was ok. Signs of wear and could’ve been cleaner but it was just ok. The shower curtain liner was torn and didn’t even cover the length of the tub. The drain barely worked. Then I found out that this place doesn’t have craps tables!! They have every other table game but craps. Apparently, they’re in the process of getting them. We signed up for the Unity program to collect rewards. After getting our cards, we went to the bar to have a drink and play video poker. This IS NOT VEAGS! No complementary drinks (or even discounted) while gambling. 2 other people at the bar and it took FOREVER to get drinks. Our cards did not work so no credit for the gambling we did. When I went back to the rewards desk (huge line at this point -naturally), they said our systems are down and IT is working on it. I’m in IT so I know that: #1). A place like this should have resiliency. If the systems are down, they stand to loose 100’s of thousands. #2). There were other people playing so I know the system wasn’t down. Later I had the cards re-initiated and they worked. The pools (all of them) were constantly closed ‘due to weather’. While I do understand the weather is an issue in south Florida in July, once they close, it’s for a minimum of 2 hrs. Even when the small 10 minute downpour has passed. The bottom line is I will not return or recommend the Hard Rock seminole, Hotel and Casino. There are plenty of things to do and ways to spend your money without spending it on overprice hotel and tight casino , especially when the service is subpar and amenities are few.

Located poolside at the Guitar hotel, this pool bar and grill has solid quality food and good drinks. While some things are a little pricey, it's to be expected for the environment. When the weather isn't 900 degrees it's nice to sit on the outside edges so you can see the pools. I'm not a breakfast person but the breakfast sandwich there is always outstanding. Don't be fooled though, they serve it all day. The fish tacos and mahi sandwich were also tasty and filling. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu for allergies.
