I think this is the first time I ever left a review for a restaurant. It was fantastic. Heads up, it’s a little hard to find because it’s outside of the hotel/Casino. They do have a booth. They set up close to the hotel check-in where you can make reservation reservations and get escorted to the restaurant.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant at the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel without high expectations, thinking it was just a poolside restaurant — but it was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing dinner!! From the service to the atmosphere and the food it was all perfection! Our server Marcelo was EXCELLENT! He was so knowledgeable of the menu and made suggestions which didn’t disappoint! The empanada appetizers were the BEST empanadas we’ve ever had! The skirt steak and lamp chops were phenomenal.
