Worse place I ever been we came from los angeles just to receive worse rooms I. The old hotel, smell weed all over. Management service was not bather to talk to us. After 3 days we call to speak with the casino host we have been told we are not qualified to speak with casino host because we did not play enough ( we lost 6 thousands dollar in casino) I never go there again no matter whatI would recorded this place nit even for one nightRooms: Worse ever room smell with weed all over

It was our 35th wedding anniversary. The Casino Host definitely took care of us. Enjoyed our stay love this place. This one Hass to be my favorite hard rock although I go to the others as well. Great pool area and food is awesome especially at Council Oak.Rooms: We had a suite and it was amazingWalkability: Everything is close byFood & drinks: They have several restaurants inside the casino. Cancel Oak is probably my favorite great steak and seafood.

Customer service is appalling. I called 8-10 times and was directed through the customer care center. I spoke to multiple people who could not help me. I eventually asked to speak with their supervisor who simply said sorry can’t help you, it’s really busy. 0 stars
