Went to this Taco Bell tonight and forgot to order cinnamon twists so we asked to add them at the window, but the young guy at the window said we would have to get back in line, he couldn’t add anything. Talk about how to NOT care about the customer.

Your food will sit there for 20 mins, there are options in the way of drinks, we were offered coffee, water and juice after we paid for something else and could not be refunded.

This location sucks if you get modifications just know your order is gonna be lacking, whether it's presentation or the amount of protein in your items. Pretty whack that you pay extra for basically more tortilla than anything else.

Soo... I saw on the menu new chicken nuggets from Taco Bell. So weird, I'm truly not sure about that, but I'll give it a try. Sure enough, the store I went to was not a good one. I'm not sure if it's the store or Taco Bell, but mine and my daughters did not come out well at all. I'm shocked at how it looked, and I even tried to taste it, and it did not taste well at all. I really think it was the staff tonight at 7:30 pm. It was not a good team. We waited @15 min at the window. We even ordered on the app and paid. The chalupa was soggy. My hard shell taco was soggy on the bottom, falling out. I didn't get cheese sauce and the nuggets was definitely not good. I hate doing bad reviews, but I felt like I needed to on this one. Especially since we tried the nuggets and didn't come out right.
I've lived in Davie 30+ years and today is the first time I've decided to review my home town taco bell.
Negative quality on the beefy 5 layer burrito I ordered two and they both came out thin and I feel like the fillings were not the correct amount I've never had a floppy burrito from any taco bell today marked the first day. Super disappointed at my home town taco bell. Should have gone to the one on Davie road.
I like to park under the trees here the inside is what you would expect of a taco bell.
Parking: Estimated 35+ parking spots, recommended to enter on the drive through window side since the other entrance is close to the intersection and is sometimes difficult to enter.
Wheelchair accessibility: The exterior sidewalk on the south side of the building has wheelchair ramp close to the handicapped parking.
The late night crew was quick. 1 star for the food. Way too expensive for Taco Bell.

This taco bell has a very rude staff. I'm not sure what the young lady's name was that was taking my order, but she cut she off to start talking to another staff member about their lives. It was extremely rude, I walked away and had my fiancé order for me. Other than that, it's very spacious and the food was not too bad.
