I didn’t even get to the food because the girl that took my order was so rude to me that I just backed out of the drive through lane and left. This happened 5:45 on 11/25/25. And she said she was the manager. There was only one other car in the drive through with me. No wonder Chick Filet is so packed. People just want good service without a rude person with an attitude.

I’ve Been sitting in the drive threw in the same spot for over 10 mins not moving.it doesn’t seem like anyone inside knows what there doing or what’s going on. Never again will I place an order here

Approximately on September 9th, 2025 between 10:30-10-45pm whoever the young lady that is working the drive through window seems to be having a bad day. She needs to be properly trained on her people skills. She had an attitude and didn’t seem to want to be there. I had to ask her if she was alright and she calmly said she wasn’t. Hope her day gets better.

Disgusting service, everyone ignores you. Nobody does anything to help you. I waited 39 minutes for a mobile I placed way before arriving the restaurant. Every time I asked for my order then proceeded to say one moment and wouldn’t give me information on my order or even bother to look at my order information to confirm if they had it. Truly such terrible service
Had a large order tonight and they did great getting it correct and helped fast.

Took nearly 20 minutes to move through two people ahead of me just so I could place my order,another 20 minutes sitting in line not moving. Longest I've ever waited in a taco bell drive thru

Let's be realistic it's Taco Bell you know what to expect. Did I get bang for the buck absolutely and the service is more professional than most food chains. I can't complain and I will be back.
