Rant.No one was at the restaurant except for one table next to us. Which was fine for me. I can certainly appreciate quiet dining, enjoying the presence of my family.Service was prompt and food came out fast and looked amazing.Then we ate it.This is when everything went sideways.Broccoli cheese soup was sour and was barely warm. Sent it back and replacement was little better. LITTLE BETTER. My wife ate about half of that and threw away the rest.I ordered the sizzling iron skirt steak which was whiskey glazed and topped with melted cheese and various veggies. Meat was cooked to the right temperature but it was so sour. I had to drench the glaze to mask that sourness.Ate about 75 percent of my food but didn't want to eat anymore. Asked for dessert menu. I was then notified that freezer was left open and all the ice cream was melted....So... all the steak, shrimp that my family was eating could have been spoiled??? Instantly spoiled the mood of dinner.When we got the cheesecake, I would have assumed that they would have taken out the ice cream since it was all melted and being a dairy product thought that they wouldn't serve it but they did. Cheese cake in middle of melted ice cream Ocean. We ate bit of cheesecake that was exposed out of the ice cream then left the rest feeling unsure that we may get sick if we ate that... not a great feeling when dining out and spending your money.I know that it's not the server's fault. He did what he could to best of his abilities but this is something that the management should have caught and dealt with.Not happy.

The place is nice and the attention that we received, food also was ok, but if you have someone in your party with allergy triggers, you need to be very specific with them. They bring us a hamburger with a bun with a bath of eggs even we talked them many times we have a family member with this allergy. One more time we asked them having the food on the table already and the waitress come back to change the bun. Remember have listened your medical specifications!

Good service, fresh and delicious food. Nice environment. Prices are ok, inflation is affecting everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We were placed all the way in some corner so nobody could even see us, we had to ask for a server, nobody came or even recognized us once we sat down. I left a $5 tip that turned to $10 so i guess somebody changed their tip which is illegal. NEVER COMING BACK

There was only 1 worker on the floor, during my lunch break. I was skeptical at first, But not only did she get our food to us in a timely manor, she also had us out and back to work on time. The food was delicious and the service exceeded my expectations.

Manager needs to adequately train Angel & Justin our servers, Chef made hamburger well-done when requested medium rare. I don't know how long the dining room has been reopened but you all need to start over again the amount of our checks were incorrect there were nine of us. We never had this issue at the plantation and Hollywood locations.

Food was great though we only ordered an appetizer.Place clean and not busy at all, this is my second or third time visiting the restaurant and food is usually served in no time after I ordered.I was a little disappointed because there was no one at the door and even when there is a sign that indicates that I had to wait to be seated the person in charge of doing so was nowhere to be found . Otherwise great experience, will probably come back in the future since the food pretty good.

Me and my wife went there over the weekend. Sad to say it wasn't a good experience. With only 4 tables with guests, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take our order. We were on the verge of walking out before someone came. I barely touched the food I ordered. I would normally clean the plate. It's been over a year since I ate here. It'll probably be a few more before I come back!!!!!!

We went there for dinner before a movie. I was initially annoyed because there were plenty of empty tables but not enough servers so we had to wait to get seated. By the time we were seated, we didn't have much time before our movie. We told the server we were short on time and he was great and we got our food quickly so we made our movie on time.

Probably the worst experience I've had eating out in a while.I had called ahead to let them know that I was coming in with a party of 15, when I arrived they escorted me to an area with many tables and said "this is your space, move the tables however you like"; so I had to physically arrange the tables myself because nobody would help me.The server took forever to come out and take our order. The first thing that came out was a soup my mom ordered, and it was ice cold. Then the food came out in parts; my husband's burger was burned and my food was nowhere to be found. By the time everyone was done eating (literally done! probably already digesting), I was still waiting for my food so I decided to approach another server (ours disappeared on us) and she said she was going to ask the kitchen to MAKE my food. When they finally brought it out, the food was so bad and our table had dirty plates and empty cups piled all around it because the service was awful as well.My husband told the server that he wasn't going to pay for either his burned burger or my food (which came out more than an hour after we ordered). Out comes the manager saying that he couldn't take the burger off the check because my husband had eaten it and he had "no way" of knowing if my husband was telling the truth (he had shown the burned burger to the server). The manager even got aggressive and confrontational before finally realizing his hostility was going to get him nowhere.This is SUCH A BAD place to eat. Horrible service, awful food, just bad all around. Such a shame considering they have a prime location next to the movie theater.
