“Great experience. I was surprised by the interior, it looked like any mom and pop restaurant in any city. While it wasn’t what I was expecting, it felt like we were in grandmas kitchen. The food was astonishing. Many places the veal isn’t cooked well, here, it was cooked to perfection. “We came from Tampa to Ormand Beach for the basketball tournament. After googling pizza places we found Manny’s Pizza House. Their website said they offered reservations which was what we needed with 25-30 people in our group. When I called and requested a reservation for 5pm on a Saturday it was easy and accepted. When we arrived our tables were all ready. We had two servers who were very attentive and quick with gathering our orders by each family. The food was delicious! Our group enjoyed the Greek salad, all types of pizzas, wings, pasta and desserts. What I found most impressive was the same two servers were also waiting on the 7-8 other tables. Even with our loud large group of kids and adults the restaurant didn’t seem frantic or unorganized. I was very impressed! The cheese was plentiful and mild but complemented the rest of the slice. Toppings were plentiful enough to get a taste in every bite. “Originally from Maryland, I have been eating Ledo's pizza pretty much all of my life. I am 1 year older than Ledo's and my family lived less than 5 miles from the original location in Adelphi, Maryland. Since it became really popular, I can remember times when you phoned in an order, it could be 1 to 5 hours before it was ready, especially on Super Bowl Sunday. Unfortunately, today the closest Ledo's to me is in Ormond Beach, Florida. I don't go to Ormond Beach often, but when I do, I stop by Ledo's on my way out of town to get my Regular, which is a Large Pepperoni and mushroom. The one I got yesterday was fantastic.
