I would had never thought Manzano’s as a place for lasagna but the Google gods were with me that moment and up popped Manzano’s. I checked the catering menu and sure enough. So I called ready to beg!! Not necessary!! Owner said let me check with the boss real quick and moments later I received a call from his wife. She said no problem and they even allowed me to pick it up hot 45 minutes before the even opened for the day!! Talk about customer service!! And let me be clear on this last part for sure!! “This one is tricky. The food is good. A little pricey, but good. The service is almost always friendly, and it is a regular stop for us. I really like the meatballs and spaghetti. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but you are there for the food. We've never eaten in, always take out because it gets crowded and difficult to get a table. The take out can take a LONG time, so if that's the plan call well ahead of when you plan on eating.
