Waited 20 min for a loaded fry and big Buford sent from one drive thru to the other side to sit and wait. The topping on fries were skimpy and no tomatoes on my big Buford
I ordered 5 spicy chicken.... the automatic system didn't take order correctly. I had to get back in line to order three spicy chicken sandwiches. The server was great. The food was as always good. It was the automatic system that causes issues.
The waiting time is not acceptable. They take too long to give you the food.
